The house is very charming, full of character, well located a stone's throw from the Cathedral and close to restaurants and the amenities of Béziers. But the real star is Rosa, who is the most charming hostess. Always smiling and doing everything to make you have a great stay. For example, I casually commented that I had lactose intolerance and the next day she had already purchased lactose-free products for breakfast. It was very touching in fact and a clear example of his efforts to provide impeccable service. Plus, she even took us to the station, which was very nice of her. We will not hesitate to return. I strongly advise against staying at this link due to the manager. Indeed, he welcomed us very poorly and had a hostile and smug attitude throughout the entire stay. The manager treats his guests like thieves, thieves and infantilizes them. The service was not fully provided (no wifi and not compensated). The place is not safe since it was broken into just before our arrival. There is very little security. The owner also told us that a person is roaming around the building trying to steal the guests' key. A lack of transparency with additional conditions announced and required after booking. The message written by the owner does not even mention a "hello," but announces a series of additional costs (deposit, penalties, breakfast, child's bed, etc.). The room was not air conditioned. The building is old and without comfort (several floors to climb without help to carry luggage). The only positive point is that it is well located and quiet. The owner did not want to give the access key to the building when we arrived. He finally gave us the key to the building after midnight and demanded that we come pick it up while we were out. After informing him of our dissatisfaction with the disturbance, he threatened not to let us sleep in his establishment. Generally speaking, the manager is rude, clearly lacks professionalism and gives the feeling of only making money at the expense of his guests. He even said he was not afraid of negative comments.

La casa más bella y acojedorada en la cual me he alojado, su desayuno increíble y cerca a todo, la habitación con baño y una hermosa terraza, sumado a la amabilidad de la propietaria, parece un sueño haberme alojado ahí. Gracias

Très bon accueil mais chauffage pas encore opérationnel. 13 ° C dans la chambre à notre arrivée et 17 ° C le matin. 12 ° C dans la salle de bain le matin. Le chauffage devait être mis en service le lundi suivant. Nous avons annulé notre deuxième nuit et avons apprécié que la propriétaire accepte le remboursement.

Une villa magnifique cachée derrière la façade. Un bruit de fontaine apaisant, un mobilier d'époque (beau mais un peu chargé), une hôtesse charmante et attentive, une literie très confortable et un calme absolu. A noter cependant une rue qui ne convient pas trop aux grosses voitures et un casse-tête pour se garer. Présence de chat : attention aux personnes allergiques...
