Rooms extremely clean, linen changed daily. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable.

The staff were really nice and accommodating. The only thing that could have been better was the bed which was quite small for a couple to share. The bathroom and shower were very nice and the location was convenient. The room was clean but small. Breakfast was okay, but the pool was enjoyable.

Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. But that’s about it. Rooms look bigger on the pictures. Sewer smell in the bathroom. Mold on the walls on the terrace lobby. Breakfast is terrible. Location is great however. It’s below the standards for a 4 star hotel.

Hotel was infested with bed bugs. They changed us from room three times and all three rooms had bed bugs. We were not given any refund back or any other option other than to stay in the third room that they provided. We all had rashes everywhere and could not sleep. We ask to speak to a Manager and were told their manager was on vacation. Would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The room was very small, and the bed was the smallest double I’ve ever seen. 2 people can hardly fit in it. Even though they offered cleaning everyday the rooms werent very clean. The breakfast is not worth it, only ate 1 morning and I never went back. The pool and sauna was okay but they didnt have any towels to provide… we had to go to our dripping wet. Location was good, staff was very polite and helpful. To be completely honest, I would not book again.

The reception staff were excellent, helpful and courteous. The service at the restaurant upstairs on the terrace was not good. When we arrived at the hotel restaurant, the gentleman that met us was aware we only wanted Tea so allowed us in - only to be told by the waiter that they don’t serve tea. We decided to leave but the gentleman that had allowed us in asked why we were leaving, we explained that we have been informed there is no Tea. He was surprised and tried to get us to stay. We explained we are staying at the hotel but shame we can’t even get tea. Not sure why he was surprised to hear we are staying there, he apologised and again tried to get us to stay but we declined. It is impossible they don't serve Turkish tea as it is sold everywhere. Breakfast: I was given a dirty cup, informed them and they replied “I don’t speak English”. I said -you can see it is dirty. The housekeeper knocked to come to clean the room but as I woke up to open for her/let her know I was not ready, she came in quickly and I was not even dressed. I was so embarrassed. The rooms were dusty and require modernisation. Cobwebs behind the bed, white powder on the floor by bedside table and mouldy bathrooms by drainage area. On the upside, the beds are so comfortable, water is hot and plenty of towels etc. Amenities was also good - swimming pool & sauna. Steam room was out of order. Location is great, lots of restaurants around, it is buzzing and has great vibes.

Service is mediocre mostly. Some personnel are rude, a few are very welcoming and seem to take pride in their profession. The pool is indoor, small, dark and with salty water but the spa area is clean and pleasant altogether. Breakfast is disappointing with some unfresh vegetables and food coloring-oozing sausages. Coffee is horrible in any scale! The rooms are very small with stained carpets. The first we received had no ribbon over the toilet seat (not that's an indication of anything) and had drops on it. At first we were told it was an upgraded room (it was not), then that there are no more standard rooms and we have to pay if we want another room! We demanded to call the manager, and surprisingly (or not) immediately received a clean standard room. We asked a few times to have the manager (who was somehow never there) to call us, which never happened. Wi-Fi is slow. Relatively VFM considering the location. OK for families or business, less for couples.
