Not bad, the front desk service attitude was very good and they helped call a car. Although the room was not big, it was very clean. It's just a little noisy outside facing the street. The sound insulation is also okay, overall good

Mohammed was an excellent host who did his uppermost to assist us during our stay. Staff were polite and hospitable but English was a barrier. Thankfully google translate was a huge helping aid in assisting basic requests. I highly appreciated the staff going out of their way to accommodate us for an early check in. The room was an excellent size and well situated, however we did experience the following issues: - insufficient and inconsistent housekeeping (total cleaning for a 7 night stay = x2, and once was on our request). - loud neighbours from other rooms talking till 2am/3am. - Water only provided when cleaning occurred. - TV didn’t work. - No hangers in the wardrobe. - super economy loo roll that ran out very quickly and wasn’t replaced. - Tea and coffee only replenished when cleaning occurred. I think many of these issues connected to language barriers and irregular housekeeping. Overall I would score Rooms Galata a 4/5 for friendly staff and location - and despite some of the challenges mentioned, I would stay again for these reasons.

Location is good; rooms have a good design and all amenities in room which you need - Internet is not working in the room, always sughb - connected, but no access; rooms & hotel can be cleaned much better

Das Hotel hat uns 30min vor Ankunft geschrieben,sie hätten einen Systemfehler und wir könnten die erste Nacht nicht dort übernachten(eins von zwei Zimmern). Als wir dann diskutiert haben,gings plötzlich. Uns wurde dann ein Duplexzimmer und ein Doppelzimmer angeboten. Als wir im Zimmer ankamen, waren wir schockiert! Tücher dreckig,Teppich und Sofa voller weissen Flecken, sehr kalt. Die Dusche sowie Lavabos waren verkalkt und dreckig. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Alle Fotos die hier drinnen sind, ensprechen Absolut gar nicht der Realität! Wir verliessen sofort das Hotel wieder und haben gesagt die Zimmer sind absolut unhygienisch und nicht den Fotos entsprechend!

Расположение просто супер и боюсь это единственный плюс. Был номер на первом этаже с «садом». Поэтому могу сказать только за свой номер—и это было очень плохо. отель бомба—но за ним не ухаживают. Всё в очень плохом состоянии, особенно ванная комната. все держится на соплях, а стиль ретро-кирпичей, которые остались, как я понимаю с прошлых построек….выглядят круто, но они такие старые, пыльные и с плесенью, что у нас с парнем началась аллергия за одну ночь, благо мы там были всего на сутки. Очень жаль! А ведь славное могло быть место! Желаю этому отелю классного ремонта!

BRAVO İşletme rezervasyon sırasında bir karışıklıktan dolayı alternatif otel yada benim bulacağım bir otelin farkını ödemeyi teklif etti. Daha sonra fark yerine konaklama talebimi kabul etti , fark ödemek istedim almadılar. Otel çok otantik ve temiz. Odalar çok güzel , personel işini ciddiye alan profesyonellerden oluşuyor. Semt otel ve fiyat performans olarak mutlaka kalınması gereken bir yer. Gold üye olarak daha sonra tekrar severek konaklama yapacağım. Bölge otellerinden daha çok müşteri odaklılar. Güzel bir bahçe ve teras var. Masa oyunları ile keyifli dakikalar geçirebilirsiniz. Tavanlar kiremit duvar desenleri mükemmel. Gerçekten tarihi bir konaklama deneyimi.
