Very greedy management. It was truly a mistake to book with this hotel. I tried to change the dates of a non refundable booking but they first said we dont have rooms available for that date. Then we asked for a refund since its not our fault that they didnt have any rooms,they refused and told us its non refundable. Then i tried to change the dates to 6 months later then they told me from the 4 nights i booked im allowed to only rebook 2 nights because of no show booking. How can this be fair since i called and messaged they several times 4 days before and the day of the booking. If you want to have repeat customers, this not the way to go. Cheaping out of 300-400 euros will cost your reputation at the end.

1. Good location if you like to walk uphill. Close to major sightseeing and transportation. Near the Marine Station. Shopping center at the port, museum of modern art, Galata Tower
2. Disgusting service in the hotel: they do not wash the floor in the room, take away slippers (why?) and do not put new ones. There were problems with the light - the staff did not respond for a long time to the request to correct the situation.
3. The room has a view on the wall - it is always dark and you can't see anything, this was not mentioned at the booking stage. In advertising photos beautiful view of the Bosphorus, but apparently not from all rooms. The room itself is also poorly equipped: it is cold and dark, the shelf in the bathroom is glued on double-sided tape.
4. Breakfasts are good, nice view from the restaurant.

The woman who communicated with me had a very bad attitude. I was very angry. I told my boyfriend in Chinese that it was just laundry, why did my clothes get damaged? She actually said that I was saying bad words to her. Is she paranoid? She was also talking loudly on the phone with a very bad attitude. Can I also say that she said bad words to me? It's really funny. No one told me about the damage of the clothes at the first time, but pretended that nothing happened. What if I didn't find out? Do I need to be responsible? And no one answered the reception phone every time I called. The woman's attitude was really very bad! ! ! ! It was just ordinary laundry, not dry cleaning. I don't understand why it turned out like this. I like this dress very much! ! ! ! It's very comfortable to wear. Why did my favorite clothes get burned? The bad review is only because of this woman. Everyone else is very friendly.

The room is spacious and comfortable for two. The location is great, walkable to Galataport and several sights. They also have a restaurant with spectacular view of the Bosphorus. The cleanliness was mediocre. And only compromise was limited amenities and services (no gym etc.)
