Thank you to Tomi who provided Excellent service, great knowledge and went the extra mile to help whilst we were visiting on business. Made us aware of all the different types of available beers, even brought over our order to the table, which was a nice touch. Made sure we were aware of breakfast times and options as we had arrived late.

Rooms are spotlessly clean, but most importantly the staff that I met were very hard working, very helpful and above all polite & cheerful. Sobia & Sam are perfect for this trade where a smile and efficient manner count for a lot. Food was good also.

What a welcome! Jo greeted me with a welcoming smile at check-in. She was great and addressed my concerns with room access. She explained the restaurant's opening times and that I could get room service if needed. The room was clean, and the extra pillows were a welcome addition.

Very welcoming entrance greeted by Jo who explained everything i need to know about my room and the bar. Very clean room with lovely fluffy pillows and good sized bath. Restaurant food was lovely good portions and comfy seating and good lighting. Quick service and fresh food.

I was checked in by the lovely Jo. She made me feel very welcome and put a smile on my face. Ensuring I had everything I needed, Jo went beyond expectations to make me feel important as a guest. Thank you for the kind and warm welcome. The room itself was very clean and well equipped. I have always enjoyed my stays here

Hi can not believe how bad the room is. No opening window so room smells stale as air-conditioning doesn't work without key in electrics which you only get 1 key. Only towels for one person when booking was for 2 people. One chair so know where to sit. Lack of hot water in the morning. Hall way door banging through night. All reported to reception. Offered to move us but we will not be staying for the second night. We come back to you hoping previous problems have been resolved but nothing changes. We are not the only guest to complain today 14/05/2025.

Everything we needed lovely clean hotel with lovely staff especially Fahad. Breakfast was a good selection for us and our 18 month old toddler. Beds were very comfortable and the cot was a good size too. Central location to Bexleyhealth and central London.
