The property is 2.5 acres and is adjacent to 180 acre Crescent Bend Nature Park. The owners' home is on the front side of the property and the three sites (Buffalo Knights, Ruby Any Day and The Glory Nest) are located on the back/park side of the property with a path provided directly into the park. The owners share their pool with guests and the property also has a 30x30 covered pavilion, covered pickleball court, volleyball court, outdoor hot water shower and a separate bathroom/shower house (Groovy Go Go) for all guests to use.
