The bedroom is almost the same as the other, but there is a small room other than the shower room, there is a small kitchen and a round table, and it was very important because small things can be placed. Mediocre and unprofessional welcome, pathetic and claustrophobic room, totally different from the description at the time of booking, non-existent bathroom external sink uncomfortable bed and non-opening windows, double bed wedged between two walls with 25 centimeters of space only on one side, TV hanging very up and not even leaning towards the bed, which is also uncomfortable, such small rooms at about 100 euros per night is a theft, personally, if not forced by force majeure, I will never sleep there again. Of the whole complex, the restaurant saves little choice but good and well presented, and even the courtesy of the lady of the dining room makes the difference, also included at breakfast, with enough choice of sweet and savory, it allows you to have an excellent breakfast, too bad the Indian guest, who barefoot, it left a not exactly scented trail, but this is not the fault of the structure, however my advice is to avoid the hotel

It was ok for the price, very minimalist, the walls need an update they were all dirty and peeling and stained . The bed and cushions were very comfortable, good breakfast. No extra cushions or blankets

Booked for an event at the Assago Forum, location is on the ring road so if you don't have a vehicle, getting around is difficult. The structure is equipped with a limited shuttle service at free and paid times. The first day we didn't know where to take the shuttle and we had some problems but with a couple of phone calls they reached us so I must say they are really available. Precisely for the point, the structure appears to be quiet, with a huge breakfast room and the possibility to dine on site at the restaurant by booking. Federico at the reception who served us for the check in and provided us with all the info and helped us with our shuttle requests (the driver is sometimes engaged in other activities and we did not want to create inconvenience by notifying our request a little earlier). All very nice, with my 5 month pregnant wife we had no problems, rooms with large and clean beds, quite quiet and 4 lifts, I will certainly return with children in the future.

Very nice hitel. We had a room in the first floor. Excellent breakfast. Staff extremelly welcomming. Big room with nice bathroom . Very good wi fi. Room was very clean. Parking in place. Very near to main route. Very quiet area. Elevator from parking to the room

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, in una struttura ben attrezzata, oltre che iconica per la presenza di arredi e richiami all'arte moderna. Ambiente suggestivo, camere razionali e molto spaziose. Il bagno, come la camera, pulitissimi. Caro il parcheggio interno. Veramente un esperienza positiva che ha coniugato la sensazione di eleganza, con il piacere del design coinvolgente. Consigliato

This place definitely has its pro’s and con’s and it depends what sacrifices you are willing to make for price. Looking at other reviews I thought I wouldn’t mind it as I’m not too fussy usually but overall I felt uncomfortable and didn’t really want to stay any longer than I had to: Pro’s -Good cheap price -Whilst further out, it’s super convenient for public transport right outside the hotel only 2 euro to get into Milan only takes 30 mins tops -The man on reception was lovely and very helpful -Rooms are big and whilst very dated and nothing to shout home about if you’re used to budget travelling they aren’t filthy or falling apart -Nice big shower room -Fast, free Wi-Fi and slippers and towels Cons -We felt the area at times was slightly scary (although we did first arrive at night) some concerning characters/gangs in surrounding areas and appeared to be in the hotel as well. It’s a pretty rundown area and we didn’t feel very comfortable there -The walls - I’ve never known anything quite like it to be honest it was so so loud I could hear absolutely everything the entire time. Babies crying, doors shutting, people talking/shouting, playing music, stomps up the hallway - constantly and late into the night waking us up. This all added to the sense of un-ease as it didn’t seem like you were on your own and I couldn’t relax in the room and just wanted to leave. -We were also in an outhouse which wouldn’t usually be a problem but felt so exposed as it was that it just added to the feeling Despite all the positives we couldn’t look past these negatives and I really wouldn’t recommend regardless of price.

The hotel is multi storey and well situated and has underground secure parking, There are numerous shops, restaurants and a large COOP supermarket very close by. Although the mall area immediately behind the hotel has seen better days, there is also a nice park close by for walking the dog if you have one with you.. The nearest metro station is also within a ten minute walk.The rooms are a decent size and modern with a TV offering a good selection of channels including some Sky and internet. Breakfast is served on the 1st floor, food choices are fairly standard. The only negative was due to the fact that there was quite a strong wind during the night of our stay which caused a high pitched sound as it whistled around the aluminium framed windows (we were on the 8th floor) making it difficult to sleep peacefully, even though the bed itself was quite comfortable.There were only two pillows in the room on arrival but room service brought us two extra on request. There is no fridge in the room, which would be useful given the very hot summer. Fortunately the A/C unit was working and kept the room cool and comfortable.
