Love staying here always a fun time, close to everything I need and there is a ****** also, it really is a nice hotel this is my 6th time back.

We stayed to be close to an event next door. I asked for early check-in so I could get ready at the hotel. They said that was fine. I got there an hour beforehand and there was a line of 10 people to check-in and 1 clerk. There were 2 kiosks but they were a little temperamental as people were trying to use them. The room was ok. Could use a little more love. The bathroom was small and impossible for 2 people to get ready in. The lighting was awful! I ended up doing my make-up in the entryway. We had a king bed and 4 tiny pillows. Bed could use a topper, it wasn't very comfy. TV was difficult and slow to use. We had no hot water to shower with in the morning.

Very nice rooms and are cozy. We left a.bag in the closet and called later that day to ask about. They did have it and we went back to pick it up. This shows me.they have ho est people working for them. 5 stars given for this stay.

Strong air freshener smell in lobby. Smell gave me a headache. Bathroom sink backed up with water. Restaurant was a poor experience. . Check out easy

I stayed here due to a snowstorm. I was close to work. I used none of the facilities, but the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and they had so many pillows of different densities. I slept like a baby!

People running through the halls several times during the night running and banging on doors. This happened 3x after 11 p.m.

We had a German cockroach in our room. Then they seemed unconcerned. We had to ask to switch rooms and then were downgraded from queen size beds to full size beds. We also weren’t able to get our money back.

The front desk woman was rude and condescending when we had questions. Our bathtub had streaks of some kind of brown substance on the floor of the tub. Our hand towel had something that appeared to be makeup on it when we got in the room. Gross and unprofessional !
