Excelente ubicación , lugar tranquilo. Al pie de todo pero en paz. El trato es familiar y cálido, nos sentimos en casa. El desayuno es bueno y muy variado. Por la noche hay juegos de mesa y un simpático bar casero que invita a relajarse. Las habitaciones que tomamos tenían un pequeño espacio para guardar comida y calentar en microondas. Cuartos calientes y acogedores. El baño con bañera es amplio y con lo necesario.

Después de que hubo un error en nuestra reserva por parte de ellos no se hicieron responsables, una semana peleando y al final tuvimos que ir o perdiamos el dinero. Después de eso ni un solo detalle por parte de los dueños. Además el hotel era frío (en un sitio así se agradece una calefacción fuerte), la bañera sucia, la cama incómoda, la ubicación no tiene nada cerca, hace falta coche hasta para tomar un café... Lo único bueno fue la recepcionista, Evelin, la única empática de ese lugar, una persona encantadora. SI VÁIS CON PERROS NO LOS PODÉIS DEJAR SOLOS, independientemente de cómo sea tú perro... Una experiencia muy mala

Personalmente lo recomiendo al 100%. Le doy un 9/10, porque lo unico que creo que podrian mejorar un poco es el desayuno (tienes todo lo basico para un buen desayuno), sin embargo el personal es muy cercano y atento, tanto el hombre y la mujer que estan por la mañana en recepcion (parecen ser los propietarios) como la chica que esta por las tardes. Habitaciones impecables, buena calefaccion, baño muy completo y las pistas a 5min en coche! Si vuelvo a vielha volvere al gran chalet! Un saludo… hasta la proxima

A un paso de Vielha. Excelente trato. Empleados muy amables y atentos. Pedimos una habitación pequeña. Era abuhardillada, pero como no soy muy alta no hubo problema. Daba a la montaña así que la vista era muy bonita. Pedimos hora en el spa. Súper agradable. Es privado, así que no se comparte con otros huéspedes. Nos prepararon toallas, así que no hace falta llevar las de la habitación. ¡Pensad en llevar zapatillas de baño, bañador y gorro! El desayuno bastante variado, teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel pequeño.

Muy buena ubicación a 5 mn. del centro de Vielha. Habitación doble con baño, todo tipo de comodidades. El personal muy amable. Tuvimos un problema con el coche y los dueños nos aconsejaron muy bien. El desayuno muy completo y variado. La limpieza muy bien. La experiencia ha sido muy buena y acertada. Los precios muy asequibles en agosto. Seguro que lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos.

Hotel con encanto, familiar, relajante y acogedor. El entorno es precioso y tranquilo junto a la Iglesia de San Esteban y el rio Garona. Con jardín muy bonito. Habitaciones amplias, con vistas, camas muy cómodas, baños grandes y modernos, todo muy limpio. Desayuno espectacular en calidad y cantidad, delicioso, el café muy bueno. La propiedad y el personal muy majos y amables, te ayudan en todo y te sientes como en casa. Ubicación perfecta a 10 minutos andando del centro de Viella. Tiene parking. Calidad/precio excelente, 100% recomendable. Tuvimos una incidencia y nos la resolvieron como en ningún otro sitio hubiesen hecho, un diez. Repetiremos

Hotel con encanto. Experiencia mala por mal servicio o Gestión de la Dirección. Reservamos hotel a través de booking, para pagar en el alejamiento. Una pareja de amigos se tenía que alojar con nosotros, Pero por covid tienen que anular en menos de 12 horas (reserva directa con el hotel) . Les cobran toda la reserva y no dan más opciones. A mi me cobran 4 días antes mi reserva ( imagino que para asegurar el cobro). Una vez en el alojamiento, las explicaciones que me dan: "no te cobramos hicimos una garantía de pago" ( cobraron por que la reserva no era con visa, era tarjeta débito), y además al hacer el chec out, ya tenían impreso el pago de fecha anterior al día de salida, si tener que firmar ni poder pagar en efectivo o con otra tarjeta. Con la que nos ha tocado vivir, creo que es una mala experiencia en este hotel. Como hotel está bien, pero ha fallado la dirección. Las excusas me las puedo imaginar, pero es una problemática general, que a lo mejor los amigos a los que no les devolvieron el dinero ni dieron opciones de cambio, igual ya no pueden salir de vacaciones por el tema económico, hay que pensar en todo.
