almost all facilities is not available like the pool, sauna etc, just the massage services at level 2 ok and we got try it.. location wise is very strategic.

First time in Betong, the hotel is inside a small valley. If you drive to Betong, you can park in the hotel, mall or another hotel by walking distance. The room is quite aging, and bed and mattress is not really good for selling.

The hotel was okay, but they need to focus more on cleanliness. Also, when checking out, make sure only one person handles the checkout process while the other stays in the room. This way, the housekeeper can't accuse you of any damages or charge you for the drinking water. (Also, make sure you drink from the glass bottle) there’s a charge 25 baht/ small plastic bottle.

The room is spacious 👍
The bed is big size 👍
The wardrobe is dirty.
The room, furniture & toilet are old look tired.
Wifi connection in room is so weak & no signal.
Location of the hotel in middle town but the building is at the back of Merlin Plaza, quite difficult to find via waze or google map.
Car park in building is limited & have to give the car key to car attendant because need to double park.
Please remember to buy sim card when you arrive Betong because your international roaming won’t work in Betong, Pattani & Narathiwat.
