This property is absolutely amazing—hands down one of the best places in Bethulie! Everything was neat and clean, and the food was simply delicious. Our overall experience was nothing short of 5 stars. We would like to give special recognition to Deborah, whose exceptional service made all the difference. Excellent location in Berhulie and a perfect stopover en route to Addo Elephant Park. The guesthouse is a beautiful Herbert Baker designed building and has very comfortable rooms. The hosts were super friendly and they served very yummy food, both for dinner and breakfast! Really good value.

After an eight hour trip, Bethulie guest farm was the perfect setting to chill. The manager, Deborah, received us with typical Karoo hospitality and friendliness. We opted for a self catering braai, and they provided us with free wood and charcoal! The rooms (and house) are all decorated in old style antiques and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is standard with a nice spread to energise you for the next part of your journey. I highly recommend Bethulie Guest Farm.

I’ve stayed here 3 times already, every stay is just lovely. Riana & Wayne’s place is special, with attention to detail, comfortable amenities and beds and Debbie and Jessie along extremely good care of all their guests. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so accommodating (we were given the most delicious sandwiched to take with us on the road rather than breakfast the last time). Communicative & so hospitable. Just love the space & people.

The place is like a living but useful museum. Very tasteful decorated. The host was very friendly and helpful, the food, breakfast and diner (if ordered) very good. We will certainly be back!

Returning from a work tour, it felt like getting home, before getting home. Dinner was amazing, and breakfast even more so! Very accommodating staff. Amazing bedrooms. All the small intricate details of the old White House are unique and the views of sunset blew our minds! A rare find! Perfect for a stop over from Gauteng to South Cape! Go Over Gariep dam to get some extra touristy vibes on.

Bethulie Guest farm is the best. I stay over in Bethulie twice a year for more than 7 years now. Breakfast included. The best. Clean and classy. Real old world gem. Their supper is also excellent!
