We were greeted on our first night (en route to MA) by Barry who guided us to parking and helped us with our bags and then Jamison at the front desk. We had such fun talking with both of them and they were so very kind. On our trip back from MA, we stayed overnight again and were greeted by Marcos, who welcomed us back and chatted with us - we told him how much we enjoyed staying at the lovely, historic hotel - the rooms were elegant, the beds so, so comfortable and our breakfasts and dinners at the Tap room were outstanding. The staff in the Tap room was wonderful, too.

Had a great long weekend stay at the Historic Hotel. Staff very friendly, bartenders super nice. Trevor the Bellman took great care of us. Food (dinner and breakfast) was very good. Hotel is in great location to some very nice restaurants and shopping within short walking distance.

From the first day to the last day , everything was perfect. The bellman Trevor went out of his way to make sure we were cared for driving into and out of the hotel . He was the last face we saw and he made a huge impact on our stay ..Highly recommend you visit and stay at the Hotel Bethlehem . Jim D

We visited for a wedding, rooms were decent but service from the staff was excellent. Our bellman Barry was great!! He made sure or belongs promptly got to our and ensured we had everything needed for our stay. The front desk and other staff were also great. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We don’t get it, this hotel is in dire need of a make over!! The “ Historic Charm” is totally lacking. The moment you walk into the hotel it screams of tacky, beat up, dated furnishings with an abundance of signage about the hotel rating everywhere. We felt like we were stepping back in time. The carpeting is straight out of the 80’s Home Depot. The hallways are dark with dated paint job. Our room looked like a carnival of low budget furniture with heavy drapes, coffee maker blocking tv, more 80’s carpet. The only positive was the original although small bathroom. This entire hotel lacks anything close to elegance as the historic nature has been masked by years of poor taste and lack of preservation . Sorry but this place has seen better days.

Updating my previous review. Management changed room for our second night due to elevator noise. Manager, Amanda offered to refund us 50% of the cost of our first night. She informed me that guests will now be informed about elevator adjacent rooms. New room was nice & quiet! Thank you for a lovely second evening at Hotel Bethlehem. We enjoyed the Sunday Musical Brunch downstairs!

Hotel Bethlehem is a great place to stay. Bellman Barney was amazing! We arrived late our first night and he was super helpful. I haven’t experienced service like this in a very long time. He genuinely cared about making sure we had everything and no job was too small. He even went and got ice for us. This hotel & Bellman Barney are highly recommended. Also Front Desk, Jamison, was really helpful too. She made sure we had everything we needed.

First impressions are everything and Bellman Casey was first to greet me as I entered the parking deck in search on where to park and check in. Once parked, I was then greeted by Bellman Barry and Tony for assistance. Checked in with Marco and Maria; Marco helped me up to my room. Throughout the week, I was in and out to get to work events but for the time I spent in my room, it was wonderful. Saw Casey, Barry, and Tony in passing. The interactions made up for the weather, or lack there of, that came to visit us this week in Bethlehem! Thanks again for the experience!

We have stayed at the Historic Bethlehem Hotel for many years. It is always wonderful. We actually look forward to staying there. The staff is always excellent and the hotel itself is beautiful. At check-in, we meet Marco, Maria and Rachel. All are always helpful, professional and nicely represent the Hotel. The dining, from breakfast to dinner, is always top notch. Even the gift shop is beyond what one even contemplate. In short, it is always an excellent experience to stay at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. Charles K
