I had the pleasure of staying one night at Dar Sitti Aziza, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Nabil, whose hospitality instantly made me feel like family. The attention to detail in preserving the heritage of the home is extraordinary — you can feel the soul of the place in every stone, arch, and antique piece.
My room was cozy, beautifully restored, and thoughtfully designed with traditional touches. It struck a perfect balance between historic charm and modern comfort. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from the Church of the Nativity and Manger Square, making it easy to explore Bethlehem's old city on foot.
The real highlight for me was the breakfast. It wasn’t just a meal — it was an experience. Homemade, fresh, and deeply rooted in Palestinian flavors, it was served with such care that it felt like I was dining in someone's family kitchen. What made it even more special was that Nabil took photos of us during breakfast — a lovely gesture to help us remember the moment. It was such a warm, thoughtful touch that truly made our morning memorable.

I have just return from an amazing trip to Bethlehem and again stayed with Nabil at Dar Sitti Aziza, the best place to stay in Bethlehem. Nabil shares the history of this amazing guesthouse and every room tells a story. The breakfast is amazing, fresh bread and local falafel service with salads and an assortment of spices, his special eggs (family secret) are amazing and he makes the most delicious homemade jams, a lot of the fruits he grows himself. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The crown of hotels in Betlehem
Beautiful hotel and Nabil is a wonderful host! The breakfast is fantastic, and the homemade jams is mind blowing. I really recommend this hotel when you are i Betlehem.

Recent overnight stay while on Intrepid tour. Absolutely wonderful time. Extremely clean and comfortable, breakfast was phenomenal, and the owner/housekeeper could not have been more gracious, kinder, or accommodating. Could not have been any better! Highly recommended!

Dar Sitti Aziza is a very beautiful and special place. Nabil is a truly kind and generous man who looks after his guests as family. My stay there was a memorable experience and I highly recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Bethlehem and the West Bank.
