I'm so sorry we only stayed for one night! Nabil greeted us outside and led us into his beautifully restored family home. We were his only guests and he could not have been more welcoming. Our room was lovely, and Nabil drove us to a restaurant in Beit Sahour (via Banksy's murals), picked us up afterwards, and even treated us to knafeh on the way home. And then...the legendary breakfast, eaten on the terrace. The range of home-made preserves was astonishing, and the eggs (cooked to his mother's secret recipe) were absolutely delicious. We thoroughly recommend a stay at Dar Sitti Aziza.

We spent one night in this excellent hotel, very conveniently located at 50 metres from the Nativity basilisk and the grotto. We were welcomed so warmly by the owner, Nabil, who made us feel like being hosted by a good friend, accompanying us to visit several locations in the city and explaining us the Palestinian history. Boutique style hotel, in a very well refurbished old charming typical house. Unforgettable breakfast prepared with love and offered with pride by Nabil and his kind assistant.

Made to feel really welcome, host was very friendly and kind. The breakfast was amazing, smoked eggs, homemade jams and lots of choice. The room was clean with very nice cotton bed linen. Bed super comfortable. Nice shower with lots of hot water. Highly recommended if you are visiting Bethlehem. Super close to the church of Nativity.

Nabil was the ultimate host at this boutique hotel/bed and breakfast! It was absolutely beautiful I highly recommend! Waking up to the sunlight then the stained glass windows was magical and the breakfast was delicious! Anybody coming to Palestine should stay here

Amazing hospitality by Nabil he took great care of us at his amazing hotel in the most prime location of Bethlehem. He made sure we enjoyed our stay and connected us with tour guides to take us around the cities close to Bethlehem without any issues. Clean rooms, well taken care of for both families and couples in a quite yet strategic area. Will recommend and return to dar sitti Aziza’s.

The house is so charming and warming. You feel like you are living in the time of Christ. The owners are so, so nice, they make you feel like you are at home. We spend Christmas with them and we loved it. The eggs are their grandmother's recipe and so tasty.

Absolutely amazing, first thing we got in and saw the old-ish style and it's amazing, second the owner was really nice and gave us a little tour of the hotel and told us all about the rooms and it's stories, beds were comfy, then the owner made us suhoor since we can't eat breakfast, good and healthy food, when we were about to leave owner gave us a gift
