Visiting the Nativity Church, on pilgrimage tour, this hotel is the best place to stay as you would just walk 5 minutes from the hotel’s lobby on 7th floor. Yes, lobby at 7th floor and dining at 6th. The hotel is a standard room that is very clean and cozy. Good pillows and blankets gave me a good sleep and relaxation. Food is nothing extra ordinary on this hotel but they serve freshly cooked meals for buffet dinner or breakfast.

Always a great hotel to return to. Friendly staff at reception. Rooms are great and large, amenities are great. Bar at the reception level has Johnny as an excellent bartender and Eliana at the reception was very helpful when needed, always ready to assist. Location is privileged as you walk out the door and you are meters from the Nativity Basilica.

The location of this hotel is excellent if you are visiting the Church of the Nativity, which is practically across the road. The reception staff are very welcoming. One thing to note though. The mosque is nearby, meaning the call to prayer is very loud and it's difficult not to be woken by the Fajr call (which was approx 4am when we stayed)...so you can forget about sleeping in.

If you're travel agent books you in this hotel CANCEL your reservation. It's modern and the rooms are well appointed but it's a structural engineering nightmare. There are 9 floors and scores of rooms but only 2 elevators which makes it impossible for tour groups to exit together. The rooms don't have individual thermostats so the heat is on everywhere or AC is on everywhere. My room was 28 degrees centigrade last night when the heater came on. Stay anywhere but here.

The hotel is made by the staff - they love working there, say they are treated well by their management, and as a result, the customer service is amazing. So things go wrong in Palestine, largely due to long delays or closures at checkpoints by Israelis…but they take this in their stride. Special mention to Isa on Reception.

This is a large luxury hotel that has seen better days. There was mold in she shower, the shower drain was slow (leaving me standing in water as I showered), the towels were old and frayed, and the drain cover in the center of the bathroom was loose. The Wi-Fi in my room was not working, despite two complaints to the front desk. The plaster was bubbling off the walls in my room and the lamp shades were frayed. The hotel caters to tour groups, which meant that there were hundreds of guests in the dining room -- I felt like I was back in school with the large, noisy dining hall. Smoking is allowed, and the smoke from the bar drifted up to my floor through the central atrium, leaving my clothes reeking of smoke. For me, the smoke was the worst part. Our tour group seemed divided -- the smokers in our group liked the location and didn't mind the smoke, while others shared my disappointment. After our tour finished, I checked out and moved to a hotel on the other side of Manger Square, where my experience was far better.

We booked in here as part of a group and took part in an organised tour . We were delayed until 2 am. The staff had food ready for us to eat, they had our room keys ready. The rooms were spotless, great shower. The staff were so attentive throughout our stay - we ate as part of the deal and the food was good and plenty of choice.

Our tour of the Holy Lands included 5 day stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice and the upper floors have a nice view. The food was just okay nothing special. We did enjoy our stay here. The market shopping was great. The ice cream place next door was awesome.
