Noisy room so didn’t sleep Breakfast was cold and restaurant staff rude when I complained just commenting that no one else had complained Didn’t eat the breakfast due to it being cold and the disinterested staff member Young chap on hotel reception did apologise and offer refund for breakfast but as yet haven’t seen one Won’t stay here again worst experience ever had at a premier inn

The lack of A/C meant an uncomfortable stay and the poor wifi was very disappointing. Shame because the staff were great and the room was very clean and quiet. I won't go back unless it's cool and I don't need to go online.

I can not fault this premier inn. Beds, rooms always clean. Staff on reception go above and beyond every time i have visited. I always have an early check in which costs and extra £15, however if its your birthday and the room is available they may give it to you for free. Got a lovely note from Emma off reception on the desk when i got back to the room along wishing me a happy birthday, along with a bag of sweets

I've stayed at this hotel on business for the last year. The rooms are comfortable and clean, food is good, parking is easy. Standout for me is that the staff are very welcoming, they know me well and go the extra mile. They greet me by name and make sure to book me into the room I like. I have very much enjoyed staying at this hotel

I booked for the wrong weekend. When we arrived there was no family rooms available. However the member of staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a suitable room. Completely my fault couldn’t fault the service we received. Thank you once again
