The service at this hotel was phenomenal. The staff - at the pool, the restaurant, the room - will not only do almost anything to make your stay more comfortable, they will suggest how they can do so. (Which, if you’re someone less likely to ask for things, really opens up the luxury experience.) Our room was meticulously cleaned each day by lax*** He is a gentle, welcoming soul who proactively supplied us with anything we seemed to use with high frequency. Special thanks to Raju who everyday come to meet us.

Tourist spots are concentrated. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious and I used it many times during my stay. The room was well cleaned and clean. The family was happy.

The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela. Lovely Hotel!!! Hotel is great and has exceptional service. Property is relatively new, so everything is very modern. Pool was amazing as were its views. Very happy with the experience and would highly recommend.

We had memorable and fantastic stay at Alila Diwa, it has always been pleasant and memorable experience staying in this property, thanks to the staff that make world of difference in providing high standard of hospitality and always having a personal touch that is unique USP of Brand Alila Diwa. Our stay was family vacation, kids enjoyed the time in pool as well as Kids play area, breakfast buffet is really good with lot of options to choose from. The staffs are attentive, courteous and understand the guest needs and will do their level to provide best in class service, especially family with toddlers. All Alila Diwa team members were amazing and some of whom we have interacted and remembered them for being at their best were Hanlula,Hi***shu from front desk team, ***ish, Arfaan, Roella from Vivo Restaurant, Alice from Alila Spa team as well as Reeni incharge of Kids play area. We would love to visit this place again during our next vacation in Goa.

Our stay was very comfortable and nice. I had my aged mother travelling with me. Riya at the front desk gave us a room near the lobby which required minimal walking. She was very attentive to my mother's need. Everyone at the hotel was kind and concerned. Gaurav in the dining area went out of his way to cater to our needs. When my mother was not eating, he asked her the reason and brought her probiotic drink for her indigestion. They gave us tables nearest to the buffet so that my mother didn't have to walk. The swimming instructor at the pool took care of my daughter when she was swimming. Only complaint is the room service - simple orders take upwards of 40-50 minutes. Tea was always cold. Overall a nice stay.
