Whilst pleasant enough it is most definitely only ‘average’ in my opinion. The reception area is somewhat lacking in terms of any wow factor. Clean but very very basic. The rooms are fine, just not luxury in any terms. Beds are comfortable but only 1 towel provided per guest. Other towels were supplied when I asked but I had to hide them from the cleaning staff who would promptly remove them the next day and not replace. The grounds are lovely and kept beautifully and the staff are pleasant and helpful. I only ate in the breakfast area once and thought it was awful. It was expensive, very limited choice of poor quality food and if I’m honest, felt dirty. Nobody was cleaning around the food areas which had slopped food on the counters. It just generally felt unloved and as if I was in a school canteen area. There were only 6 sun beds around the pool area which seems very strange. Also the pool bar plays very loud music every evening around 6 pm. It didn’t affect us as we were further away but anyone with a pool view would certainly be able to hear it. The spa area was nice. I had a great head and foot massage from a lovely lady (although much cheaper ones can be found from local spas who collect you from the hotel) The proximity to the beach is fantastic but there is so much rubbish on the walkway to it. It’s such a shame. If someone from the hotel was just to take a bag and collect the rubbish occasionally, it would be so much nicer. Not the hotels land, I understand, but nevertheless, rubbish is everyone’s responsibility really. Overall, whilst this seems a negative review, I did have a nice stay but wanted to give an honest review of my stay. Just a few adaptations could make this hotel in it’s beautiful grounds much more special.

From: Chandresh Goradia. On 2nd October 2025 to 6th October. We family have stayed at Nanu beach resort south Goa. On 2nd Oct from Mumbai. checked in around 8pm it was amazing hazel free. Mr.Punkaj did warm welcom and handed over 2 keys for our delux rooms .Rooms are nice average bigger size all good at Delux room. Our booking was direct through them by Mr. Rahul on phone and mail. had dinner at their Restaurant enjoyed. All staff at Restaurant are helpful with smiling face. Front Desk Mrs. Noopur Dass Guest relationship Officer was very very helpful and soft spoken with smiling face. Also House keeping Supervisor Mrs.Yugandha and Mrs.Emilia have done very good job with smiling face. Made our trip wonderful. Had nice 4 nights stay at Nanu beach resort goa. Will definitely visit again with Group.

Aditya, the front desk manager, ensured a seamless booking experience from the very start. Miss Yoganda, the housekeeping supervisor, meticulously maintained our room, ensuring every detail was perfect. At the Sea Shell restaurant, Mr. Jesus, Mr. Judas, Francisco, Francis, Sundar, Aryan, ***** with Chef Ramalingam and Kripa Shankar, delivered impeccable service, making every meal a delight. Their dedication and warmth made our stay truly memorable.
