Recently stayed 24th april. Its hilly resort. Situated at hill. Slight treking required to reach at room, no lift or excellator rooms are very average with electric water heater, old type ac, bed with spring provide less comfort. And fan is there, unavalablity of basic needs like- shampoo, bathing soap, brush, toothpaste, etc water clogging in bathroom. No facility for travel within nearby area you need to travel with bus only no market nearby to shopping. One small market is there which is at arround 4km distances.

There was not WiFi in the room and the cable TV box wasn’t functioning when I arrived. It doesn’t have a 24-hr reception which is inconvenient. The property is on a hillside and the roads to the rooms are extremely narrow and steep with almost impossible turns for even the smallest Indian cars. The roads are in a state of disrepair and driving inside the premises can be tricky.
On the other hand, the staff is friendly and helpful.

The stay at the hotel was excellent. The rooms are well equipped and the service was exceptional. The resort is at a great location with a beautiful atmosphere. Everything about the hotel was exceptional from the staff to the rooms and the service provided.. The food was good and it’s a great value for money.. Was pleased with the stay and looking forward to visit again for a longer duration with family next time 😊😊 Cheers

Waste. Waste hotel. Please respond immediately. The no liquor no food no snacks. You should not put because we are suffered maximum, amount also maximum loss
