Best Western Plus Bessemer Hotel Suites

Latoya checked us in and as other reviews mentioned, she is super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great as was the sweet gal who made it and made sure everything was well stocked! I wish I would have asked her name but she was.also very friendly! I highly recommend this hotel!

I call to double confirm due to I was in an emergency situation I was put on hold called back no one answer called. Back the third time I was sent voicemail I reached out to ******* to let them know that I was truly dissatisfied and the took my money I am awaiting o refund This was unacceptable

I nominate Latoya for employee of the year! She was very helpful as well as cheerful. The room is clean and comfortable.

Front desk girl was as sweet as can be! Room wasn’t the best but we made it work. Comforter had what looked like a cigarette burn and bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.

There was only 3 sets of towels for 4 guests and no shampoo or shower soap was provided. I'll skip this place next time. Plenty of other options.

For the price, the hotel was okay. The hot water was outstanding but the drainage in the shower is terrible. Rooms need updating and the refrigerator would not get cold. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the staff talking and laughing extremely loud. It was early in the morning and we were trying to get some much needed rest. The bed did sleep really well.

Rooms are outdated and needed some extra cleaning in places but the service was great and the breakfast was awesome !

Staff was super sweet, breakfast buffet a lot more options than most places. Beds comfortable, floors could be cleaner in bedroom/bathroom for sure but other than that, A/C ran cold, air quality was good, food was good for a free hot breakfast, nice stay the kids liked the koi pond outside and the waffles too
