I love this place it's clean and they r so friendly

Motel was clean. I enjoyed my stay. Very nice and polite staff. This means a lot. Location in Bessemer Alabama.

They were in the middle of renovation when we arrived (and that's great for them), I just wish I would have known.

The hotel is nice. But the person at the front desk seemed annoyed we were checking in and she had to get off the phone to help us.

Picked up screws where I parked. Desk clerk was rushy & didn’t seem to inviting. No DND sign for our room. No info cards in rm w/important numbers etc. Mattresses were very worn/not comfortable. We killed two spiders IN the bed my child attempted to sleep in. The bathtub had not been cleaned. Definitely not what we paid for. Checked in after 3pm, went to a concert in the area, came back at midnight. Had planned to stay, until we had these issues. Checked out around 2am Requested a receipt (was told one would be emailed within two hours. Didn’t get). Also requested full refund. Per Andy at the desk, the manager will issue a refund or reverse charge on my credit card. Still waiting. Very displeased

Both the night woman and the morning man were super helpful and friendly. The night woman went above and beyond being helpful and kind. That made a huge difference! The rooms were older and there was a slight mildew smell but the beds were extremely comfortable. It wasn’t fancy but it was clean and comfortable and safe and that’s all we needed.

Excellent stay and Sherie was most excellent. She was a complete joy and the staff for breakfast were excellent also. Very good experience

Stayed for one night, everything was pleasant. Lady at the breakfast buffet was very nice, helpful and interested in providing good service. Thank you for the lovely stay, I'll be back.

Good service and staff. Property and furnishings a little tired but just taken over by Windham.
