I have booked a superior twin room and we had all the things we needed in the room The rooms are clean and modern design. All the rooms have a balcony . Breakfast is continental no hot buffet but you have a very good choice of fresh pastries , cheese, yogurts, cereals, juice, coffee etc. If you are arriving by car the parking cost 8 Euro per day. Free Wifi connection is very good in the rooms TV in the room has only French channels This hotel is very well located even though it is not in the old town it is only 10 minutes walk to the old town. the tram is just outside the door of the hotel so if you plan to go to Citadelle the tram will take you to Chamers stop and from their you can take a bus to citadelle. ( plan a whole day at citadelle as there are really alot of things to see and it is also good for families with children as there is also a zoo with quite a few interesting animals .

Personnel accueillant. Le gros plus pour Besançon un parking certes payant mais fermé et sécurisé. Centre ville à 10 minutes à pied . Prendre plutôt les chambres côté jardin . Petit déjeuner varié et copieux . Conseils avec plan pour visiter la ville très appréciés.

Bell'hotel a pochi passi dal centro della bella Besançon. Hotel completamente rinnovato con bel decoro. Camere ampie, pulite, con tutti i comfort e con terrazza. Colazione ottima a buffet e con ampia scelta. Possibilità di parcheggiare con supplemento in un garage coperto e con cancello. Personale gentile, ma non presente 24/24.

Hôtel horrible. Personnel irrespectueux avec aucun service client. Aucun service dans l’hôtel c’est l’équivalent d’un hôtel première classe en plus cher. Il n’y a pas d’accueil. Tout se fait par téléphone ou un interphone. Au moindre petit souci, ils essayent de vous, racketter en vous menaçant d’appeler la police, si vous ne payez pas. C’est la première fois de ma vie, malgré mes nombreux voyages qu’on m’a facturé une carte d’accès à ma chambre. Hôtel à éviter à tout prix.

3 nuits passées dans cet hôtel dans le cadre professionnel. Parfait 4 mns à pied de mon lieu de formation et 10 mns à pied du centre ville. Sinon le tramway passe juste devant l’hôtel. Petit dej génial et varié et bon en plus. Personnel agréable et bons conseillers en cas de besoin. Ménage impeccable. Merci et si je dois revenir à Besançon je reviendrai chez vous .Sans oublier le parking bien sécurisé. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il serait bien de mentionner le code pour ouvrir le portillon qui mène au parking sur la carte de la chambre . Mais une dame de l’hôtel me l’a transmis à titre d’info. Merci en tout cas 👍😊

L'hotel proprement dit est agréable mais malheureusement à l'extérieur il y a un collège très bruyant et le pire c'est le passage des tramways. autrement il y a un parking à 10€ il n'y a pas de restaurant, le centre ville est à 30mn à pied le tram n'y va pas. petit déjeuner agréable et conséquent par un buffet dans la salle. prise électrique pour auto dans les garages prix très correct Dernier commentaire des 10j à travers la superbe Alsace.

Una positiva sorpresa per questo hotel appena fuori dal centro storico. Punti positivi per l'accoglienza, le camere, i balconi, lo spazioso garage. Una linea tranviaria, silenziosa passa accanto all'hotel. Unico neo: mancava un appoggio per la valigia.

Réservation faite sur le site de l’hôtel, arrivée choisie au menu déroulant pour 15h… Personne, au téléphone (transféré sur un autre hôtel) on nous dit c’est 16h… Après une virée sans s’être changés nous arrivons à 18h encore sur une porte fermée, ouf un monsieur vient nous ouvrir… Chambre et douche neuves, bouilloire et terrasse, bonne wifi, mais de gros bémols : aucune déco, même pas un poster à 5 euros, pas de frigo (ok ce n’est que 3*), pas de siège sur l’agréable terrasse sur l’arrière et draps floqués comme il y a maintenant dans certains Ibis, qui ne se repassent pas mais sont désagréables sur les jambes…Nous n’avons pas essayé de tester le petit déjeuner. Quartier sans charme mais tram devant.
