W Nashville

Isaac and Marcus have been super wonderful valet staff! They’re swift, courteous, and willing to assist in anyway. Plus, the entire staff at the W has been rock solid. My man Alexander at the front desk has been an absolute rock star! So grateful!

Derion Haynes went above and beyond when I was in a rush to catch a flight. He quickly and efficiently loaded my bag into my Lyft, saving me valuable time. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the experience stress-free. Exceptional service that truly stands out! Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, awesome rooms, great workout room and meeting rooms. Awesome food to boot! Went for a work meeting and will definitely come here again for personal trips. I like the location that is away from the craziness. Gulch area is cool. The valet guy was super cool. Derion Haynes.

The W Nashville was just one awesome stay and experience. Check-in was wonderful. I kept going back-and-forth between which suite I wanted, and I ended up booking the fabulous one bedroom king, but once I got checked in, I asked about The wow sweet. Ansir (Please forgive me if I have misspelled your name) personally called me, told me about the WOW suite and the E WOW suite. Came up to my room, took me there. Showed me all the features, answered any questions I had there was no pressure to upgrade. It was so smooth. I really didn’t think I was going to upgrade until the interaction with Ansir. I additionally had conversations with the overnight front desk member, along with Dean. Both just a pleasure to talk to. Everything from the service, the rooms, the robes, the slippers, the towels, lighting… I could keep on going, just feels luxury and five star. I just knew when I walked in the front door for the first time the vibe was right. I think no matter which room you go with you were going to have a good view. The hotel is very unique in its design, which I love. I did visit the Barista parlor two times, along with Proof, the rooftop bar, both excellent service coffee was incredible at the barista parlor and I could’ve soaked in the views from proof for hours Definitely give this hotel a shot if you’re visiting Nashville. The location is excellent service is top-notch plenty of dining options and just the uniqueness of the hotel, incredible. Kudos to the management team and entire staff! I cannot thank you all enough!

Amazing stay with amazing service. We came for our 10 year anniversary and had an awesome time. The valet service, specifically, Derion Haynes, treated us like royalty. We will definitely be back again when we come back to downtown Nashville.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and stay at these hotels when I can for business. I did not stay at this hotel last week during my trip to Nashville as it was personal time and was at an airbnb however we heard great things about the rooftop patio so went on August 8,2024 in the evening. It was not very busy at all. My friend and I ordered a glass of wine each; her a glass of white and I a glass of the rose. About 10 minutes later our waitress, Bailie, came back to tell my they were out of the Rose so I ordered a glass of the white instead. That was delivered to me also about 15 minutes later. There was zero follow up to see how we were doing, if we wanted to order food or would like another glass of wine so service was not good. We were meeting friends in downtown Nashville so had to leave and the bill was brought to me. I paid and left and the bill was stamped at 6:49 pm. The next day we were leaving to drive home after vacation and I had checked the receipt from the night before and noticed that I was still charged for the glass of rose. On our way home, I stopped at the hotel first thing in the morning and spoke to the 2 girls who were on reception about this. They said the management/staff for the patio were not in until 2 pm but they took my information, a copy of the bill and had explained what happened to the 2 of them on staff. The girls assured me the patio management would get the message and I was expecting a call later that afternoon but no one reached out to me and I had left my contact information with receoption also. They also took a copy of my receipts from the night before. We are actually from Canada so that $14 glass of wine plus tax, liquor tax & tip probably ended up being around $20 to $25 with exchange etc. It is actually not solely about the money. There is an expectation of good service and it was not great to say the least and then to be charged for something we didn't receive. Not only was Bailie inattentive and it wasn't busy she was actually a bit rude as well. I actually tipped on the whole bill. I bartended and waitressed all through college so I get the gig; this was truly inexcusable and will ensure I let everyone know about my experience so to be aware in case this is an ongoing scam.

We had an amazing stay at the W and I want to give Derion Haynes special recognition who went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable he was amazing! He recommended great restaurants and was incredibly courteous. We loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thanks for making our trip memorable!

Derion Haynes probably top notch service at the valet stand. My car was ready immediately and he was extremely nice. The weather was warm and his quick retrieval allowed for me to not get stuck in the heat for too long. Overall my experience was exceptional.

Derion was amazing at valet! 10/10 would recommend! This place is soooooo beautiful and the scenery is excellent. The food here is so amazing as well. Derion gave us quick and great service as well as the food here was so delicious. I’d recommend for anyone coming to Nashville.
