We were with a group of motor friends and our partners, even I have no comments about the hotel, beautiful modern rooms, clean and air-conditioned. Suppose is not good location, far too far from the old center and tss big stores and great job. Breakfast is without any more good, dinner is not wow but just OK. WiFi is good. Friendlyness and service of owners and staff (1 person seen in 4 days) was to be requested. Everything was hurried and forced , opening hours of the kitchen were hardly from 19.00 to 20.00u, time to calmly aperitive was not there, in the evening we couldn't go to our room quickly enough so the service girl (21.45 you could order another last drink!) the bar could close to go home. When checking, the hotel was said to be full, but there were hardly guests. With a prolonged weekend and beautiful weather, I still add serious questions. The owners are not very well done.

A beautiful property in a spectacular location on the Mosel river surrounded by vineyards. The hotel staff is really helpful and exceptionally friendly: from Uwe who checked us in, to Christian the barman, to Sergio the competent headwaiter who knows all about wine, to Neeza and Frederike who took care of us the next morning, everybody was a true delight to deal with. The quality of the food and wine is outstanding and also good value for money. The spa was really great with a nice pool and various sauna options. We stayed here one night for a stopover and can't wait to come back for a longer stay, there are quite a few things to do in this lovely part of Germany. We hope to be back soon.
