3-Star Hotels in Berne

My deposit 100chf still not received. Reception say it’s will be 2-5 days to my bank card. It’s already a week now. Please refund my deposit to my bank card

If you are carrying large luggage the location might not be that great for u as it is located downhill where u need to do down a long slope to get to the hostel. Also the whole floor share three bathrooms and three shower rooms. But the breakfast is perfect. Staff super helpful. Very clean room. It is very close to the public pool and the venues of many outdoor events. I enjoy my stay here in bern.

The location was lovely and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit. The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure. Besides that the aircon was wonderful, beds were relatively comfy and the breakfast was lovely and delicious!!!!

Amazing location, which is just opposite to the main entrance to central train station, and city public transportation hub. Only 20 minutes walking to reach the eastern end of Bern old town and the bear's pit. Spacious room, with clean and nice amenity. No air-con, which is very normal in Switzerland. Overall a good hotel.

It'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted. The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again.

Detailed details of the hotel: 1. The hotel leaves the train station bus + walks for about 15 minutes 2. The facade is small, but the service is very good. When we went, the front desk was not yet working. There was an Asian old man on duty and let us store our luggage. 3. Non-24-hour front desk, but the black lady at the front desk is very good 4. There are not many overall attractions in Bourne, but the hotel can be reached on foot. 5, because there is a Swiss pass we do not have a bus card for Bourne, so the hotel does not charge us tax, but there is no guarantee that friends after the same. 6, the room is very quiet, not facing the street Finally, most importantly, the hotel presented fruit, biscuits, capsule coffee and drinking water. It must be praised for taking people's things. Haha, this trip is the best!

Under the high situation of Swiss prices, this hotel seems to be very cost-effective, 5 minutes walk from the station, and6-7 minutes from the old town. Hotel breakfast is delicious! There are also many types, as well as freshly squeezed juice.

The hotel is near the bus station, the facilities are quite modern, the staff is enthusiastic. The minus point is that there is no laundry service and the room is cleaned every 3 nights (for environmental protection reasons). Overall, it is a place worth trying when traveling in Bern.

Very pleasant stay experience, the room is clean and quiet, although the old house facilities are simple, the details are well maintained, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the bathroom is very clean, there is a tram nearby to go directly to the old town attractions. The boss was very enthusiastic and took the map to help us introduce the most suitable tour route, saving our time. Breakfast is traditional European, the freshly baked croissants are crispy with coffee, there are interesting colored eggs, and the ladies in the restaurant are also very careful. It is recommended to check in in advance, Europe's working hours are not 24 hours.
