Hotel with good Sauna room and swimming pool, but the water is cold during spring period. We like the service of the staffs, especially one of the beautiful girl as a receptionist, friendly and caring.

Under the high situation of Swiss prices, this hotel seems to be very cost-effective, 5 minutes walk from the station, and6-7 minutes from the old town. Hotel breakfast is delicious! There are also many types, as well as freshly squeezed juice.

Will need to take a bus out to the metro. Amenities in the room is great and very clean space. Staff are friendly too

It'd the right standard and price for this type of lodging. It's a little away from the Old Town but then again, Bern is small enough that this doesn't really mean much - just a short walk. It's clean and quiet at night which is all I wanted.
The staff were friendly and helpful, they even brought me an electric kettle I asked for - though I believe there were also some communal ones in the small kitchenette on the floor. Overall, I'd stay there again.

You need to take tram to Bern centre which the tram comes frequently and took around 10mins only. The room is spacious and quiet. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. There's no supermarket or convenient store around the hotel.

Three-star hotel in a big city. The standard room is not big, the law is quite satisfactory, the decoration is aesthetic...but it is still comfortable and there is no smell in the room. Breakfast is OK, better than the Samsung hotel in the mountains, but in Switzerland, um, for the Chinese, it is OK. It is convenient to take public transportation to the clock tower in the city center by 2 stops. Confirm with the hotel in advance that you can book a paid parking space, about 16 Swiss francs a day. (I can't remember)

GGuest UserThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

GGuest UserWe did last min booking of this hotel. We arrived Bern train station, took tram #9 and arrived in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Front desk was very efficiency to let us check in before their regular check-in time and gave us an upgrade room with beautiful old city view from balcony. The room is about the right size with natural and tasteful modern appearance. The coffee maker and hot water kettle are available in the room. The free city transportation ticket for hotel guesses are plus. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much.

NNanc3The location was lovely and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and gave us some great suggestions for places to visit.
The only issues for me were that room was very very small for two of us with large suitcases and the shower was a bit too intense with the pressure.
Besides that the aircon was wonderful, beds were relatively comfy and the breakfast was lovely and delicious!!!!

SSSTTThe location of the hotel is very good, next to Bern station, you can buy the necessities in walking distance. The room is comfortable and spacious. The service is professional. I order room service for breakfast, highly recommend the waffles! I would also recommend the restaurant “Nooch”, fried noodles are delicious, you can reach there on foot in 5 minutes from hotel

GGuest Uservery nice location but we were given a room that was crazy to reach and we had a lot of luggage. Take the lift from the reception, get out on second floor go to the connected building, take the lift, go down, get out and take the stairs. Everything about the hotel was great minus this ”find your room adventure” with my four bags :)

GGuest UserExcellent hostel with clean rooms and bathrooms and showers. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of vegan options. Great location (right behind Parliament Building) and funicular ride a minute away. Free 48 hour travel pass provided upon arrival, a real plus for getting around!

The room is very large.
You can see the station from the room. You can hear the clock tower telling time and the tram.
The front desk can speak English.
The breakfast is great.

WWarlie Zambales DiazThe hotel is three (3) to four (4) kilometers away from the Old Town of Bern and less than one (1) kilometer away from the New Town of Bern.
The breakfast buffet has a great selection of food at a very reasonable price. We saved a lot by adding it on our trip considering that a decent meal on nearby restaurants costs at least 30 Francs.
The rooms are just right when it comes to their size. There is no heater, hair dryer, toothpaste and toothbrush though, only the basic toiletries are provided.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Bern.

GGuest UserThis hotel is super convenient to go anywhere. Tramp/busses are nearby the hotel. One thing is that the room is quite small but the bathroom is big. Not enough space to put my luggage and i had to put them in the bathroom instead. They have vintage elevator too!
