I had the worst ever hotel experience booking with SL'otel im Parforcehaus, Bernburg. They claimed to be pet friendly and I booked a room for 2 adults, 1 kid and a dog the day before the stay. When in the car from Norway to Germany the next day we got a message that they did not allow pets in that particular category and they would move us to another. When they called me later I believed it was to discuss the detains. A rude male person told me they will not be accepting us at all in the hotel. Despise the stressful situation I tried to have a nice conversation. But I was immediately broken off. Then he hanged up. I have spent hundreds of nights in hotels, but never been treated this way. Luckily we found another hotel, Ringhotel Villa Westerberge in Ascherslebe not far away. Top service, very nice facilities and truly pet friendly! They have my warmest recommendations!

Was aus diesem "alten"Bauwerk geschaffen wurde ist einmalig schön.Große neu eingerichtete Zimmer ,gute Betten auch für größere Personen geeignet,neues kleines Bad.Super Frühstücksbuffet,kostenlose Parkplätze.Freundliches Personal.Nur wenige Km von der A14.Ideal bei der Durchreise.Eigenes Restaurant ,im Ort mehrere Restaurants zur Auswahl.

Wir waren auf unserem Weg von Österreich nach Kiel für eine Nacht im SL‘Otel. Wir waren erst um 22:30 beim Hotel, die Zufahrt von der Autobahn war einfach. Beim Hotel aber das erste Problem: verschlossene Tore, keine Klingel und bei der notierten Telefonnummer hebt keiner ab… Eine Dame (Gast) machte uns dann nach längeren Klopfen auf, sie kam zufällig vorbei. Gut, dass eine sehr engagierte Kellnerin von der Bar noch da war, sie checkte uns dann ein und brachte uns zum Zimmer (telefonierte vorher mit dem „Chef“, ob sie das denn darf, da er selbst ja nicht mehr da ist). Vielen Dank nochmals, wir waren uns echt schon unsicher, ob wir in der Nacht noch in unser Zimmer kommen… Das Zimmer war wirklich schön, sehr groß, sauber, das Bad auch groß und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Frühstück dann auch absolut in Ordnung, für Veganer (sind wir nicht, mögens aber) vielleicht nicht so viel dabei. Alle MitarbeiterInnen stets sehr bemüht um uns und angenehm. Der Preis für so ein grandioses Zimmer ist schon wirklich sehr gut, wir haben 106 € inkl. Frühstück gezahlt. Der Checkout war dann lustig, wir haben uns einfach nicht ausgekannt (niemand an der Rezeption) und somit die angebrachte Klingel gedrückt. Der „Chef“ des Hauses hat uns von seinem Tisch (er aß) zugerufen, die Zimmerkarten einfach in den Postkasten (sehr dunkel, seitlich der Rezeption) zu werfen. Das haben wir gemacht und sind weitergefahren…
