The room has no heating or cooling and spotty internet. The location was good as was the service. It is a basic hotel but okay unless it is hot or cold. It was not noisy but not quiet either.

Bed was probably the most uncomfortable I've every had.
Room had no window, except into the internal court yard.
Room had no AC or Fan. So it was hot, and opening the window meant listening to the hotel staff all night.
The music on the roof goes till midnight, and it's very very loud.

The hotel is beautiful but the pillows are the worst. The restaurant is decent we enjoyed our meal but the service was less than great. We were told there would be coffee at 7:30 am. There was no coffee. It is currently 8:15 and no sign of life. I would not stay here again!!

Nos encantó ,súpero nuestras expectativas es un hotel hermoso, cómodo y muy limpio ,su personal me deja sin palabras , gente súper amables y sin dejar a un lado su restaurante milo’s delicioso y su personal muy gentiles pero en especial el joven Joel de Santiago es una súper persona muy servicial y atenta , le agradecemos todo lo que hizo por nosotros

Hay demasiado ruido tanto dentro como fuera de la propiedad que no te deja dormir.
El estacionamiento esta como a tres cuadras lo que no es cómodo.
La localización es muy buena, esta a una cuadra del centro.
