Perfect small hotel in a wonderful location. I know there are some reviews stating people couldn't check in. We had no issues. We communicated once we landed in Spain our estimated ETA. Olats at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She gave us maps of the city, suggested sights to see, places to eat, and even gave us tips on transportation around Bermeo and to San Juan. Olats even went as far as giving us pointers and transportation help to our next destination. The rooms was comfortable and had a wonderful small balcony that we kept open at night for a nice breeze. The room was clean and even had toiletries we forgot. Would highly recommend staying here as the hotel is in a wonderful location and the staff as above and beyond helpful and sweet.

A very modest accommodation in the centre of Bermeo. Although modest it was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The lady on reception was amazing and went to great lengths to tell us all about the region and all it has to offer. She was amazingly friendly and helpful. A perfect place for a one of two night stop over..

La pensión está en el centro del pueblo y puedes meter el coche hasta allí si les mandas la matrícula con anterioridad. Se trata de un edificio de tres plantas sin ascensor y las habitaciones son de un tamaño normal. La chica de recepción es muy agradable y te ayuda diciéndote sitios para cenar y demás.tiene detalles como cepillo de dientes o toallitas y es de agradecer. Lo único que no me gustó es que el suelo suena mucho y se oye a todos los vecinos cuando pisan. Cerca se puede desayunar en una tetería muy chula que tiene una terracita muy agradable

Aunque en Google lo califican d hotel de 2 estrellas se trata de una pensión de sólo 1. Situado a unos 10 minutos caminando del puerto, donde pude aparcar fácilmente. Hay que tener en cuenta que todas las habitaciones están situadas en pisos y no hay ascensor, en general son cómodas y suficientes para un par de días, tienen hervidor de agua y Tv, aunque hay detalles de la limpieza que podrían mejorar bastante. Hay que tener en cuenta que de 14 a 16h no hay nadie en recepción, por lo que si llegas sobre esas horas mejor asegurarse. Lo mejor de todo Olatz que nos ayudo muchísimo en todo, un encanto.
