Check in staff are completely unhelpful and NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Took I've called multiple times for a copy of a receipt and they do not bother to answer the phone. I even called the AC Marriott next door and they don't answer either. My room smelled like mold was pumping from the bathroom vet on the 3rd floor - room 310 . Day one I found hair and stained sheets in my room. House keeping staff could careless, dished were left in my room for days and hair in the drain. Shower water is warm at best. Check in took 30 mins because other guests we're arguing with the unhelpful front desk about their own issues with their booking. I went downstairs one late evening to fill a water bottle at the water station and George rudely turned me away from filling up. I asked him why not and he said I needed to purchase a water bottle... when there is a water station. I went to the refrigerator to find a water bottle and none we're stocked. George went on a whole adventure to find one and didn't have any while I stood there frustrated with my water bottle in hand in my PJs. He finally let me fill up my water bottle because none were available. I would never stay again . STILL WAITING ON MY RECEIPT AND HAVE EMAILED CORPORATE and michael.fritz@precisehotels.com. I'd love a reply.

The check-in was a bit slow but the guys at the desk were friendly. The room was comfortable, I would recommend it if you are ok staying a bit outside of the main tourist area, unless you are going to the Berghein
