The Grand Hyatt Berlin is located about 5 minutes from the subway station (the subway station is the next stop from Berlin Central Station). The room service size is satisfactory in all aspects, and it is a very cost-effective option! There is a newly built shopping mall nearby, with a large supermarket, as well as a variety of food and coffee shops. The location is safer than Berlin Central Station. It is recommended for families or friends with safety concerns.

Located about 5 minutes walk from the Nollendorfplatz station which is very convenient. Surrounding the station there are some stores and eateries. We particularly like Shao Mai (vietnamese food) and had meals there a few time on our overnight stay. Checking in is all on I pad but there are staff helping 24hr. Luggage storage was provided

Superb service and very efficient staff. Excellent location and spacious rooms. The only thing missing for the perfect corporate stay was a Nespresso machine with capsules in the hotel room , which is becoming standard practice across most high end hotels. Will be using again on my travels to Berlin for sure. Rooms are a bit dusty with my charger covered with dust aster only one day. Shelves and lamps also had dust on them.

The environment is quiet, the room and bathroom are spacious, the breakfast environment and food are first-class, there is a gym in the basement, the location is not close to the subway, but there is a bus stop at the door of the hotel, with many routes and frequent transfers, and it is not far from the city center attractions.

The manager went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue . The rooms were stylish and clean and the location was within walking distance of many attractions and the transit system at Zoological Station

The location is fantastic, just about a 15-minute walk to Potsdamer Platz. The neighborhood appears to be primarily embassies, making it feel very safe. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle, offering some of the best value for money in Berlin. The family suites are particularly well-suited for families traveling with children.

Best hotel choice for attending the Berlin Film Festival! Excellent location and convenient transportation. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
