Good location, 1 minute walk to U Bahn and 10 minutes walk to s bahn. Hotel is clean and quiet.

The hotel is excellently maintained - an excellent breakfast including the service of the kitchen staff - the hotel services are excellent - the attitude of the reception staff was excellent - we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - I would happily return to this hotel - highly recommend

First of all, the location is simply perfect: within walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet the penthouse itself is quiet and cozy. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is breathtaking—the entire city is at your fingertips, especially beautiful in the evening when the lights come on. The interior is impeccably designed: modern furniture, high-quality materials, and every detail is thoughtfully executed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and even more than we expected. The bedrooms are very comfortable, with premium bedding and mattresses—we slept as if on a cloud. We’d like to especially highlight the cleanliness and order: everything was spotless, and it’s clear that the apartments are meticulously maintained. We also appreciated the additional amenities: a washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed Wi-Fi, and even Netflix on the large TV. The hosts were true professionals: always available, quick to respond to questions, and provided helpful tips about the city. Check-in and check-out were organized seamlessly. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Berlin, the Berlin Luxury Penthouse is it! Goed ontvangen na een lange reis vanuit nl naar Berlijn. We zijn naar potsdamerstrasse 129 gestuurd daar waar een steiger aan de voorzijde staat. Nr gebeld wat daar aan de deur vermeld hing aantal keren gebelde geen reacties. Trip.com gebeld deze hebben een kamer bij Lindemann's geregeld waarbij ik niets bij hoeft te betalen. Alsnog bedankt Ron.

A relatively convenient and clean express hotel. I booked a room with breakfast included. The room was relatively clean. It was also close to the subway station. It was convenient to travel around and buy daily necessities. I had a full breakfast and the variety was good. The downside is that the hotel price changes a lot. The price of a room changed by nearly 200 yuan when the check-in date was approaching.

Well, as always, I am very satisfied with the hotel, the only thing is that the breakfast is just too expensive and the room was okay so far, only the bathroom was too narrow, otherwise I was satisfied with everything

Very beautiful and hidden hotel, a bit of a winding path to the ancient feeling. As soon as I entered the hotel, I began to smell the fragrance. I went all the way to the room. The cockroaches were too strong. It was better to change the name of the aroma hotel. Even so, it exceeded expectations a lot, much better than the same level and price hotel I have stayed in the Netherlands and Belgium in the first half of the year: there is a refrigerator, the toiletries are a bit small and fresh, the room is small and complete, and the transportation is convenient.

Affordable price with a nice and friendly staff. The room really clean with modern setting and comfort bed. Walking distance to UBahn (metro rel/train) and branded shopping street. Definitely in future Berlin visit I will stay here. Highly recommended .
