Ruhige Lage. Self-Checkin ist zwar der neue Trend (...), aber nach einer langen Reise einfach nur anstrengend und nervig.
Zimmerdesign ansprechend und soweit sauber.
Leider waren 3 Fenster angekippt und das Zimmer total ausgekühlt, als wir ankamen.
Dusche sanierungsbedürfig. Badezimmerbeleuchtung unschön. Kissen minderwertig.

+ Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff at breakfast, large room, quiet at the back, convenient location near the Ring S-Bahn and several trams towards Alexanderplatz
- The air conditioning was broken throughout the building/heated but was still on when we checked into the room, which made it very warm. However, the window only tilts a small crack; upon request, someone came and opened the window completely with a key (but you have to ask for this the next evening if you don't leave the window open during the day; they could also have offered this proactively); water temperature fluctuations when showering (regardless of the time of day); housekeeping only if requested the day before by 3 p.m. - we had mentioned this when checking in around midnight, but were told to call reception that morning and let them know, which, of course, was not accepted for the first day.

The staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quiet, clean, and had every facility that we required. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to choose pillows that suited us.

Love the reception team- helpful, diligent, and friendly! The night shift outsourced staff is apparent not as great - he was rude, telling me that there is no room service almost yelling into the phone and asked me not so politely to come down and pick things up. Besides that, it was a great experience - the staff will help you find the most economic ways around town and even tip you off if a driver is overcharging you as a tourist!

Very good core location, no noise. The room is high, the design is reasonable, with a separate bathroom, dry and wet separation. There is a cabinet with a door card lock in the room, which is very safe. The front desk helped us arrange a room with a girl in the absence of a girl's dormitory according to our requirements. The garden is great too, everything is fine anyway! Highly recommended.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. Lots of towels. Comfortable bed. On the downside, no elevator. But a young man from the reception helped me lift my suitcase. Also, my room was in another building. That is, I had to go through the courtyard and up the stairs in another building.

GGuest UserStayed for two nights, the sheets were fine, the towels were not replaced, the breakfast was at the same price, and the other stores in the boutique hotel were worse. The quality of the service staff was also the same. The waiter in the restaurant would not care about you except for greetings. The front desk was friendly, but not professional. Especially a woman, emotional management ability let me suspect that she has mental problems, I politely ask printing, she will not play, stuck in one of the steps, in fact, say that she will not do it, she suddenly raised the tone, very loud repeat: this is where I will not! Repeated several times, people who didn't know thought I quarreled with her... How can people with emotional management skills work at the front desk of a hotel that claims to be a 4-star hotel? I felt too outrageous anyway and scared me.

First of all, the hotel is so beautiful. It looks like a garden. I enjoy it.
Then, foods are delicious and some of them are amazing. Most important reason
is that the bed is so big and soft that I don't want to get up every morning.
