The location of this hotel is very convenient, especially with its close proximity to the metro station, which made getting around the city quite easy. However, the surrounding area lacks some essential amenities such as supermarkets and laundromats, which made our stay slightly inconvenient. One of the main issues we experienced was the lack of follow-up from the staff. I requested toothpaste and a replacement pair of slippers more than once, but was repeatedly told by reception that these items could only be obtained from housekeeping during their morning rounds. Since we had early departures and returned late each day, we rarely had a chance to see housekeeping. It wasn't until the third night that we finally received what we needed. Additionally, the hotel description mentioned that a laundry room was available, but when we arrived, we found that this facility was not actually present. This made it very difficult for us to do laundry throughout our stay. Overall, while the hotel's biggest advantage is its convenient access to public transportation, I hope the management can work on improving staff responsiveness and ensuring that the listed amenities accurately reflect what is available.

The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, remembering our names and preferences. Rooms were immaculately clean with luxurious bedding and stunning ocean views. The central location made exploring easy, yet the property felt peacefully secluded. Breakfast buffet offered fresh, diverse options that changed daily. Small thoughtful touches like evening turndown chocolates and personalized welcome notes made us feel truly valued. We'll definitely be returning and highly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort and elegance!

Hygiene: clean and tidy. Environment: 15 minutes walk from the subway, there is a restaurant and a supermarket next door. Except that the bus is almost a little short, everything else is 100%. Service: Excellent. The breakfast is also rich, with grilled sausages. Facilities: safes, small refrigerators, hotel pads, everything you need, don’t miss out if you like bathtubs.

I have chosen a two bed room and got a very spacious room, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Hotel is very well located in Neuköln, close to Kreuzköln, to subway station, to nice restaurants, cafés and local stores and to Tempelhof park.

I like it very much, the hotel price is favorable, Ctrip price is much better than the front desk price.

Amazing apartment! I was worried from the reviews on google maps but the apartment was very good and clean. Everything looked new and recently renovated. Also, the apartment does have an air conditioner which is a bonus because it wasn’t listed in the amenities. They could improve on the bathroom amenities such as shampoo or shower gel (for which they didn’t have). However, it’s an absolute steal for this price in berlin, and will definitely be staying here next time.

The triple room I booked was very large and clean. We arrived at the hotel at night in the evening. It was very embarrassing to wake up the bell at the front desk. The gallery on the Berlin Wall in the hotel is very close to the east of Berlin. The center is a short distance from the room
