In the room what we wanted to put was the shower defect Then I had to pay 45€ more so I got a decent room what degree is not so super I've already paid enough and I had to pay very sadly

The location is very good, very close to the subway station, but there is no elevator at the nearest subway station exit. The hotel service attitude is very good, check-in is also very fast, there is free lemonade, sparkling water and fruit at the front desk, the room is a little small, but overall it is very comfortable.

I have stayed several times at this Hilton hotel. The location is great, with plenty of parking all around if you want to avoid the hotel parking charges. The rooms are basic but very comfortable. I always request a courtyard room, as this is more quiet. Breakfast is mainly organic produce, not overly extravagant but enough to not get bored eating the same breakfast every day. The staff is generally very helpful. I do find the receptionists a little abrupt especially when checking in and it seems to be very random who gets a cookie upon check-in.

stayed 1 night, the hotel is a 5 star according to the ratings they have 1 small complementary water for two people WOW go figure not even to make coffee. Breakfast was good however. staff were friendly. The place is easy to get to by train. just do some research if you take the train.

Breakfast is a typical German style, cucumber, tomato, bread, burger, various coffee, juice, room is small, did not try an extra bed, the location is very good, in the zoologi. garten area, very close to the station, as a business trip I am very Contentment.

The hotel did not have a front desk but the coffee shop downstairs also served as a front desk in a sense to store luggage. Before arriving, the staff will ask about the arrival time and then give the password that can be passed in the hotel (all electronic locks that enter the password) I wanted to store my luggage so early, but the room has been packed and the staff activated the password, and we will withdraw the check-in. The staff is really good, praise 👍 💜 Environment: The hotel is in the Charlotteburg residential area. I stayed in Berlin for five days and four nights. I swayed around the east and west. The final conclusion is that it is the most comfortable to live in this area. Our room was dusty and smelled like cigarettes. Despite these issues, we chose not to complain due to our long drive, and considering it was just a one-night stay. The breakfast was average. I would recommend to just book a hotel room and have breakfast somewhere. While the location is very convenient, there are many other hotels in the same price range that offer a nicer and cleaner experience.

Very modern, centrally located hotel. Nice atmosphere! Great restaurant and rooftop bar. Only the bathrooms are very dark. There would be an additional lighter light desirable. Fitness area, hotel, pleasant service in the bar and restaurant.
