Номер чистый, достаточно просторный, есть кофемашина, чайник, шкаф, сейф. Администратор говорит по-русски, заселение прошло хорошо, мне всё объяснили.
Но учитывайте, что нет лифта, если вы с чемоданом, придётся поднимать на третий этаж. Ещё очень странная система ключей. Один ключ от калитки с улицы. Второй же ключ открывает все двери в здании. Дверь на этаж и дверь в вашу комнату. Я не поняла как это работает, но получается, что он подходит к дверям всех комнат в отеле....

Clean, spacious and well-kept rooms. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of Europe's largest animal park and a large common/ heathland. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Not in the city centre but Alexanderplatz is only 20 minutes away by train from the nearby station. Great value for money.

Ich hatte ein Raucherzimmer...zumindest das einzige Zimmer ohne Nichtrauchersymbol an der Tür und so roch es auch...
Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nie wieder!

La zona non è eccezionale ma le fermate dei mezzi pubblici sono vicine al piccolo hotel. Nella zona ci sono diversi ristoranti. La stanza è pulita, non è possibile fare la prima colazione. Nella stanza c'è la macchina per il caffè. L'unico inconveniente è che la signora che stà alla reception parla solo tedesco. Due notti (2 persone) ho pagato 170 euro. Se il prezzo rimane inalterato si può tornare
