I stayed in this place in 2024 and wanted to stay again in 2025. I booked it successfuly on payment terms upon arrival. But suddenly the hotel decided to check validity of my card. They claimed it to be invalid and canceled my booking without even explaining to me the reason. I called my bank in order to check but the bank told me they even never tried to check my card which is absolutely ok. I sent to the place several messages trying to explain that my card is fine and that obviously they do something wrong but got no reply. They just canceled my booking. I will never use this place again. It is NOT reliable

The room was really gold and soundproofing was kinda bad. Otherwise the hotel was peacefull place to stay and the stafd was really kind.

Ich übernachtete zum wiederholten Male in der Pension. Der Empfang war freundlich, alles Wichtige wurde mir erklärt. Ich bewohnte ein Einzelzimmer im 1.OG im Hinter-/Seitenhaus. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und funktional eingerichtet, alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Das gesamte Zimmer ist sauber. Zimmerservice täglich vorhanden. Im Bett habe ich gut geschlafen, einzig das Kopfkissen ist mir persönlich zu groß und zu dick. Die Pension bietet für 10 Euro p.P. Frühstück an (oft kostet Frühstück in anderen Unterkünften deutlich mehr). Das Frühstücksangebot ist für diesen Preis mehr als angemessen, es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich vorstellt. Der im Zimmer ausliegende Teppich ist unbedingt hygienisch, war jedoch sauber. 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Die Flyer an der Rezeption sind zum Teil nicht mehr aktuell (Ausstellung schon länger vorbei, Veranstaltungen von Mai). Am Wasserhahn der Perlator war verkalkt (bitte ab und zu entkalken). Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Gesamtpaket, Preis - Leistung sehr stimmig. Beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch gerne wieder :-)

Ich war mit meiner Tochter da wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt fast wie zu Hause. Es ist sehr familiär. Das Frühstück war gut und der Preis gerechtfertigt. Die Zimmerpreise sind etwas zu hoch aber wir würden trotzdem sofort wieder kommen. Sehr gute Lage.
