I was disappointed with my stay. I was charged city tax twice, and despite raising the issue with reception, it was never resolved. Additionally, the window in my room couldn’t be opened by myself, which made the first night very uncomfortable. Overall, not the experience I expected. The location was very good though.

Hotel was conveniently located just a short walk from key city attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was immaculately clean and we would choose this hotel again should we return to the city.

The hotel very clean, the workers very friendly, but nobody warns that the windows of the rooms can not be opened and my husband is asthmatic and needed ventilation and it was impossible. There was no place to park the car in the hotel parking and the receptionist told us to go to the opposite hotel to be able to park hi for another fee in the other hotel. In the kitchen of the apartment there was no kind of seasoning (oil, salt, pepper), there was nothing when it must be in all hotels with kitchen. They told us that there was a minibar in the room and there was nothing to eat or drink in our room. The TV did not work well at all, the remote control did not work, and everything was very slow. At night you can see a lot of lights from the room phone, from the room card, etc.

Perfect for a city break
Really nice hotel in a great location, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Only small issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work, so the rooms got a little too warm.
