The room is extremely small, the corridor is dark, the underground parking lot is 18 euros a night, it is narrow, dark and dark, the bed is only 80cm wide, I seriously advise you to leave! ! !

There was a male black staff member at the front desk who had a very bad attitude. He asked for help with the luggage but was refused. He was not given a toothbrush or a room as requested. He was only changed after coordination. Breakfast was average.

Lovely stay in a great city. Very clean, comfortable and modern in a great location between Wittenbergplatz and Nollendorfplatz. Breakfast was excellent. All staff very pleasant and helpful from the front desk to breakfast. Bed very comfy, bathroom and shower facilities excellent.
Would very much stay here again the next time I come to Berlin.

The room is quiet and has a good size. We just stayed for one night, and for the price payed was worth it

The room was really nice in the sense that it has many windows and overlooks the city. The breakfast was good too.
The downside was that in December, the room was so cold, we requested the reception to check it, and even though the technician came quickly and reset the temperature on 23 degrees, yet this didn't work. We also requested a additional blanket and it was never delivered. We both got sick a day after leaving the hotel

It was good. Very long time for check in. location near city center but not to old center as more than one hotel starts with Titanic
