Found gum on the wall right next to my bed on the first night, receptionist asked if they could clean it in the morning. I agreed only to find it untouched the next day. Receptionist then offered to help me switch to a new room, which was already occupied. By the third room, I was finally able to have a bed-then I found gum AGAIN on the bed frame. So I ended up changing to another bed. Very inconvenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel; it was actually my second time there, and once again I was extremely satisfied. The central location right by Berlin Central Station makes it easy to reach all parts of the city quickly. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. After the first night, I wanted to change my bed and that was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. All in all, there’s really nothing to complain about – a great place to stay!

It would be fine for one night, but the air conditioning was nonexistent, lots of beds had no charging ports and they don’t do daily cleaning of the rooms.

The location is good, and the facilities are generally sufficient. The lounge area at the reception is spacious and pleasant. Rooms with many people can get quite stuffy and noisy.

Quite accessible. Close to the central station. This A&O is way better than the one in Edinburgh. Much cleaner, and the room is bigger.
