Great location, and excellent size rooms, great bathroom layout out and overall room design. Service was ok, maybe its the style of the hotel but the staff weren't really present during breakfast service, they were helpful when asked but that was disappointing, on the other hand the staff at the restaurant on the ground floor were great. Overall was great and would go back for sure.

I went on a solo trip to enjoy some freedom. I had an embarrassing personal situation, but the hotel helped me out, which was great. It was one of the few clean hotels you'll find in Europe.

Great city hotel! Really loved this hotel! Great location - bear the S-bahn and the tram. Rooms were very big! We had a room with a bath, separate shower and separate toilet which was really good. Gowns and sliders provided too. Shower was really powerful and towels were large and soft. They also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. The beds are hard (which we liked!), but pillows too soft so had to ask for more! Free tea, coffee and filtered water on the top floor, and an honesty mini bar up there too.

We had a nice stay. Room was clean, spacious with nice shower and supply of towels both in room and when using the sauna. There could be more options available for Breakfast but what was provided was very well presented and efficient service. Thank you

Good value for Money Hotel on the nearer outskirts of Zurich. Practical rooms but everything included that is needed. Super clean, good breakfast and complimentary coffee and Snacks in the Lobby.

We love staying in the Hackesher Market area as it is convenient to transportation and walkable to museum island. Our room was spacious and the bathroom area was the largest I have ever had in a hotel. We had breakfast included and there was enough variety for our 3 days and the fruit bowl was very generous. Gym area was used and had everything one needed but was very small and only big enough for two people - although no one else was there when we went. The staff turned on the Finnish spa when we wanted to use. The seventh floor lounge I used for reading and drinks enjoying the large windows overlooking the city. We would stay again when we return.

Retro hotel that provided plenty of room space amd good amenities. Easy to jump on the U Barn or walk between sights. Thankyou to staff for recommemdatuons to restauants amd bars as we found things we were unaware of eg graffiti wall near a local cafe.

Once was enough Our stay was ok. Breakfast was very good, bed was comfortable (not the pillows), and the location was great. However, the room was stuffy, an odd smell in part of the room, shower area not the cleanest, and mystery splatter on the curtain. Restaurant area downstairs didn't have any posted hours, so we weren't sure when it was open. Upstairs lounge area "honest bar" what's mostly vacant. Menus on the table for small bites but nobody ever seemed to be in the kitchen.
