I traveled to Germany with a group of friends. We wanted to visit Dusseldorf, Colonia, Bad Salzuflen and to finished in Berlin. Thus, we booked in Pension ABC a 2-rooms-apartment for 5 persons from 2023-10-10 to 2023-10-12 (2 nights). The tenth of october when we stayed in Bad Salzuflen, we received a call from the pension ABC where they told us that we couldn´t sleep in their pension and they did´t give us any solution. So, we had to sleep those days in Postdam, we were deceived and because of their fault we couldn´t visit Berlin. I am too much annoyed, NEVER BOOK HERE!!!!

Worst is the dirtyness. We liked the staff and the breakfast. The surroundings are great and the hotel is central but the room and bathroom were dirty. Good and safe parking in the yard. But I dont think we will come back. Lots of interesting restaurants nearby.

Due to no internet we moved to another room after 1 night (much smaller, very small shower and smaller bed and only 1 chair for 2 people) in both rooms the curtains were too narrow for the window so early light in the room. The first 2 days the wifi was good but not after that. Several days at breakfast the scrambled eggs and sausages were already gone at 08:35 while breakfast is until 10:00. One morning we were no more rolls, bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, yoghurt, fruit, salami and cheese at 08:45, everything was already gone. When I said something about this, just bread and ham came and that was it. The gentleman said I should just send an email. I did that and then you get the answer "you should have reported that immediately" ... I sent another email that I paid too much because of a few days without breakfast and a smaller room but they no longer respond to that. The lady who did the breakfast at the weekend was really very good, she filled everything up well and was very friendly. The location is perfect but don't expect internet and breakfast! Except for the 2 ladies working there (1 weekday reception and 1 weekend breakfast) the service is really bad.

Arrival: The check-in was pleasantly uncomplicated and we were checked out straight away before we even saw the room. The receptionist took us through a completely run down hallway to our room. she then left us alone with the words she would have given us the most beautiful room! Room: I haven't experienced what awaited us here for years and especially not in Germany! The walls covered with dirt stains. No intact furniture. TV doesn't work. Remote control sticks with dirt. A scarf of the curtains was missing so you couldn't darken the room. The bathroom was dirty and completely calcified. We left in the night because we didn't want to sleep there - just disgusting. Next time I'll read the reviews more carefully!
