The hotel is okay, I had an issue with changing dates of the booking and they were not helpful and didn’t even try to find a solution. Check in is not very straightforward as after 6pm you need to do it outside by yourself, family members that arrived one day before found it quite challenging.
Staff friendly onsite, but via email very rude.
Not my best experience to be honest.
Overall the room was clean, and the location was good, but probably I wouldn’t book it again as the overall service was poor.

Environment: Located in the absolute city center, you can walk to the Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag, and it is only 400 meters away from the subway station. It is very convenient for travel and very cost-effective

The hotel is in a good location. The access to the rooms is a bit special. It is via the staircase or elevator of an apartment building.
In my room the shower was in the middle of the room with no separation from the sleeping area.

We went to Berlin spontaneously and got a room really quickly.
All the staff were really nice and our room was even upgraded. Really great! We'd go back anytime :)
