Good place, very friendly staff, but no internet inside the corridor and the lift, and the room was quite hard to find

It was great, I stayed for one night and the friendly worker at the recepcion upgraded my room and it was amazing. Super clean, nice room which all the needs. Totally recommended, they were super friendly too. I will come back.

The hotel is okay, I had an issue with changing dates of the booking and they were not helpful and didn’t even try to find a solution. Check in is not very straightforward as after 6pm you need to do it outside by yourself, family members that arrived one day before found it quite challenging.
Staff friendly onsite, but via email very rude.
Not my best experience to be honest.
Overall the room was clean, and the location was good, but probably I wouldn’t book it again as the overall service was poor.

The price-performance ratio was absolutely perfect for me. The location is phenomenal, between Friedrichstraße station and Friedrichstadtpalast.
The "integration" of the shower and sink takes some getting used to, but it didn't bother me.

It was nice to take a walk because it was right in front of the river. It was also nice to be close to the station by bus~
