Old hotel, our rooms were extremely small. Avoided the single bed rooms.

The room was very spacious. A small oil radiator was installed for heating. That was just about enough and it wasn't even winter. My comments about a defective power strip (the casing was almost falling apart) and a missing socket cover were completely ignored. For this reason alone I cannot give a positive review here.

Solo stay for the Berlin Marathon. Old style hotel, room was big, bed comfortable, shower a bit small but lots of hot water, staff friendly and helpful. No breakfast, but near coffee shops and Supermarket off the Kudamm. Excellent location, near ubahn and sbahn. A bit dated and basic, but a comfortable stay, no problem with noise mentioned. Would book again.

Perfect location and beautiful building. However communication from owners needs improvement. We were not notified when booking that the buffet breakfast was not provided. Reception not always staffed and phone calls not answered. We felt slightly anxious that in the event of an emergency there would be nobody around. The room was small but had a high ceiling and a window looking onto a green courtyard garden. The beds were comfortable with good quality bedding. Unfortunately the walls were very thin re noise from next door. Bleibtreu Strasse is a beautiful leafy street, only 2 minutes from Kudamm and a short walk from Savigny with its restaurants,bookshops and excellent transport links.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, very near to all the attractions of the best shopping area, restaurants etc. Very safe. Paid about £70, no breakfast, not sure it was competitive but ok. Nice large rooms with tall ceilings and extremely comfortable beds, clean. The hotel however is cosmetically tired with worn carpeting in places. The building itself isn’t owned entirely by the hotel, there are other businesses sharing it evidenced by paper printed notices stuck up detailing who is renting there at that moment. This means you have to walk to the first floor and through a door to find reception. Rooms are then down other corridors/other doors. It can be all dark at night through the non-hotel area.

A little old, but still a cozy hotel with old building charm. High ceilings with stucco and wooden floors. Family room very large. No refrigerator in the room. No slippers available. Pillows very flat. Coffee for a fee. As much tea as you like.

Typisch Berliner Altbau-Charme, Zimmer RIESIG, hohe Decken, knarrender Fußboden und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, doch es überzeugt durch seine zentrale Lage. Ruhig, ehrlich versteckt in einer Seitenstraße des Kurfürstendamms. Leider keine Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel aber in der Nähe ist die U-Bahn und viele gute Restaurants. Uns war jedoch wichtig, dass wir ein Hotel inklusive Frühstück buchen, so steht es auch auf der Website. Vor Ort teilte man uns allerdings mit, dass es aufgrund von „Corona“ kein Frühstück gäbe? Rezeption ist nur sporadisch besetzt. Kurzum: Preis-Leistung ist okay für einen City Tripp.
