This hotel is located in a great area. Close to restaurants and bars and some sights. It's not too far of a walk to the train station. I would stay here again.

到步後比酒店的衛生程度嚇一跳 酒店的設施，感覺上比較殘舊 本來看見浴缸想浸浴 但花灑非常骯髒 用水沖會有黑色的雜質沖出來令水變黑色 洗澡時感覺到不安 距離最近的公交站比較近是他唯一的優點

I just got back from staying at the ARCOTEL Velvet in Berlin, and it was really great. The rooms were super nice and comfy, which was a big plus after a long day exploring the city. The location is fantastic—right between the Tiergarten and Alexanderplatz, so you're close to everything. Even though it's in a pretty busy area, the rooms are really quiet, which was a nice surprise. Slept like a rock. The breakfast was amazing too, with loads of options and really good value. The public transport is right in front of the door, so you get everywhere easily. The staff were super friendly and helpful, always happy to lend a hand. Overall, I had a fantastic time at the ARCOTEL Velvet. It's a great choice if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay in a central spot. Highly recommended!

Room was clean and really good size. You can leave your luggage there before you get your room and also after when you alreade sing out. One point went away because breakfest space. It was really crouded and quite noisy. The reservation was on the same area and people went ina md out. Part of the tables were next to lift and that was a bit disturbing. The breakfest it self was ok, nothing special.

Nice (and big) room. The position was great, as the hotel is next to a u-bahn and tram stop. Room and hotel are clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms need some maintenance. Breakfast was good, offered different options, but the tables were too crowded (there is not so much space in the lobby and you sit next to people gathering their coffee, or whatever.

If there were zero stars, that’s what I would choose. Worst hotel ever! Stayed her with EF/Go Ahead tours. A/C was broken for all three days. Temp outside was 85. No fans available. No mini fridge, no body lotion, no complimentary water in room. Loud music from street until 10:30pm. Could hear doors slamming and people talking in hallway. Breakfast limited choices with no chef cooking eggs to order. Kitchen staff over worked. No porter service to help with bags. Toilet in separate room. Shower and sink only had a curtain to separate it from bedroom….no door. If you’re sharing a room, could be a problem. It’s listed as a four star hotel. This hotel doesn’t deserve one star. Good location. Close to public transportation. Alex at the front desk was the best thing about this hotel. Room 213 faces alley and other rooms. Window opens but it’s too noisy to keep it open at night.

Bad experience. Personnel communicates very poorly. Got the wrong room - without the promised kitchenette. Hotel does not respond to any question, feedback. Very disappointing. The hotel is well located and easy walking distance. The beds are ok, bathrooms old and rooms very poorly lit.
