A very simple hotel, directly opposite Lichtenberg train station. Check-in was friendly and professional. The reception is only manned at certain times, in the mornings and evenings the route leads through the back courtyard, the lobby and reception area are closed. The room was very, very simply furnished, a power strip by the bed made up for the fact that there were no other accessible power sockets. I had to make the bed myself, the inside part was only partially in the cover. There was also no fridge, coffee machine or anything like that, but that is to be expected in this class. The bathroom in my room was spacious, what bothered me was that there was only one sachet of shampoo, enough for one use, for the whole stay. Breakfast was also very simple. There was coffee in pots and what you would expect in a 2-star hotel.

The house is getting old and cannot be overlooked, especially in the bathroom. But the room and bathroom were clean. The woman at the reception was friendly. The access to the parking spaces in the yard is definitely not for large cars. I was lucky and found a parking space 100 m further along the side of the road. The breakfast buffet was clear, but sufficient for my needs.

I booked the hotel at short notice for a family member. But then I had to cancel the room almost 3 hours later because there was an emergency and the potential guest from the street was admitted directly to the clinic. To date, the hotel has not had any compensation and has refunded the price - terms and conditions or not. During a phone call I was just put off. The property had absolutely no work with the booking, no loss... and it would have taken exactly one click of a button to cancel the booking made through ************ free of charge.

Um 14 Uhr war das Hotel verschlossen. Die Glastür erlaubte Einsicht in einen dunklen Rezeptionsraum. Nachtklingel ohne Antwort. Kein Informationsblatt an der Tür. Kontaktnummer von Webseite " Kein Anschluß unter dieser Nummer" Buchung von drei Nächten 311.85Euro musste dennoch bezahlt werden. Nahe gelegenes Hotel Holi-Berlin bot eine sehr gute Alternative.
