Great, modern and clean hotel in an excellent location with a short walk to Ostbanhof and Holtzmarkt. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even though the room I booked was quite compact, I'd stay there again.

The stay and place was great, staff was friendly and helpfull, close to most of things (restaurant/museums/wall) only thing is that you have to pay for the parking and it not includes in the hotel 15 €

The pros, The room was impeccable and spacious enough for two. I recommend booking "comfort" for more space. I was provided with a room overlooking the spree. The night was quiet and did not hear anything from the party on the rooftop. The shower's hot water did not work but it was summer so it was not too bad. The bathroom is very clean and spacious, quite dark but elegant. They need to put more attention to tidying up the kalk water marks on the shower glass door. My disappointment was to know while checking in that the roof top bar (the reason why I booked in this hotel) was not open to the hotel guests due to a private party...so you should check before before booking if this is also why you choose this hotel... The staff at the reception was very friendly and communicative. The breakfast buffet costs 18€ p.p. and has a quality of 12€... The restaurant and breakfast area is very well decorated and the areas are very clean and modern. Overall, I recommend the stay at this hotel, it is very well located and the price is super fair for what you book.

Friendly and excellent staff. Excellent value for money. Great location near the train station, only 15 mins into city centre.

A party hotel that doesn’t disclose that its unsuitable for more normal business travelers before arrival. Staff is quite rude (except the restaurant which had great staff) and unhelpful. Hotel lobby is not nice at all was suddenly turned into a club with loud music one night. Business rooms didnt come with a real chair. When it says ”for business and pleasure” on the website you’d expect a bit more professionality. Breakfast was quite good but also 18 euro/day which is pretty crazy expensive.

Good: courteous , super helpful, super friendly staff. Good location. Affordable. Very nice breakfast buffet. Extremely pleasant terrace/ garden. Bad: Shelf /cupboard space is too limited. Mattress was mediocre.

Nice modern hotel with nice team. They even have quite a lot BEV charging stations in second parking level (P2).

Overall good, but the fact that the AC is turned off during winter is not published on your site or on your ******* listing. Plus, the WiFi is basically non existent and I could not do any work
