Hotel Wittelsbach am Kurfürstendamm

Terrible, absolutely not recommend this hotel!!! The hotel sells one thing and provides another. I specifically booked a room with one "very large bed" to make it comfortable to sleep with a child. And a room with a balcony. I ended up getting a room without a balcony and with two single beds without a balcony. When contacted at reception, I got a brilliant response: "The beds can move, and we now have no available rooms with a bed. A room with a balcony is not specified in the order, you bucking cheated. It turns out they took money for one thing, but gave a cheaper and lower class. I will thoroughly investigate the matter, whether the booking was a fraud or a scam on the part of the hotel. The room is terribly dusty, the curtain (high ceilings) is partially torn from its hinges. There is no air conditioning! We have to sleep with the windows open, which overlook the roadway. The floors creak terribly, it is impossible to step so that the floor does not creak. The hearing is excellent, you can hear what they say in the neighboring rooms. There is a big squashed cockroach on the window frame. The room is filthy! There is dust and dirt behind the beds. Room cleaning is only superficial. There is a girl at the front desk only in the afternoon, there is no one in the morning or evening. It was important to me on my birthday (!) to get the room I ordered. Not to get a scam and a bad room.
