The service, cleanliness, location and the size of the room are very good for me. I like the style of the room, decoration and the reception service too, no issues during my stay.

Unfortunately, the Quentin Design didn't have the room I booked available. After a brief consultation with the reception, they helped me and put me in the Quentin XL. While not next door, it's a very good alternative. I'll definitely book there next time. The description of the other hotel should be updated. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Our stay at the Quentin Design Hotel Berlin was a huge disappointment. When we checked in, we already indicated that we would like our rooms cleaned the next day. Despite repeated requests, both through the "Clean Room" button and in person at the reception, our rooms were not cleaned.
The rooms themselves were in a miserable condition: dirty shower curtains, an open ventilation cover, no working WiFi and no water in one of the rooms in the morning. The worst thing, however, was that when it was raining heavily, it even ran down the elevator.
A 4-star hotel should definitely offer better. We cannot recommend this hotel under any circumstances and are more than disappointed with our stay.
This experience was simply unacceptable.

Ladies at reception unfriendly. They ask for certain amounts, and when you ask what you're paying for, no one has any idea. Room not clean, dusty. Rooms also very small. Shower leaks water everywhere.
