The hotel is close to city center and have lots of food and stores nearby. The room is very fancy and clean, love it and recommended to my friends.

Absolutely fantastic hotel apartment for city breaks in Berlin or business trips. The hotel apartment has everything you need and a super nice large balcony/terrace. It's clean and tidy, with a good bed and a lovely little kitchen with everything. I love the Hackescher Markt area in Berlin. There are all kinds of restaurants, cafes, shops, and a fantastic vibe. A beautiful park is just a few meters away, as well as a wonderful environment along the Spree River.

Well placed in the neighborhood and with enough closet space, if you don't mind not having any human interaction, if you don't mind having no one but AI or a telephone voice to answer your questions or make suggestions, if you don't mind having no maid service and neither your room nor bathroom cleaned nor wastebaskets emptied, if it's okay to have a table/reading lamp on only one side of the bed and an ice-cold metal floor grate to walk on at night, if it's not a problem for you to have a tram running outside early in the morning, and all this for a hefty price, then this "hotel" is for you.

Nice room. AC really doesn’t cool the room. They provide a fan. Good city center location. Walkable to stuff. Room cleaning service is not reliable. They say 11-3. Room was cleaned at 250pm because I made a stink. Unacceptable. This is a non concierge staff hotel. Rather have staff on site.

Horrible apartment! Dirty , no respectful personal . We found a dirty socks, from another guest , under of our bed , very noisy. When we wrote them and said about all problems they even didn’t say sorry .

I came to this place because it was booked by a travel agent. I had to sit outside the building for 2 hours and stay on the phone with them because they didn't send me a link to pay, so I had no code to enter the building. It is simply ridiculous that I had to spend 2 hours asking for a code and sitting outside waiting. I even asked to cancel my reservation cause I wanted to go to another hotel, and they said I had to pay the room ( to which they didn't let me in!!!) Anyway. Now it seems impossible to get an invoice via their website. Highly not reccomend this place. There is no support or help whatsoever. Very very unpleasant experience, except for Dea, an employee from their call center, who spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to find a solution to get me in the room....

amazing place- prime location, clean and spacious rooms plus kitchenette- great when you travel with children:! also complimentary coffee etc, and although there’s no reception, every question i had was answered within minutes via what’s app- fantastic customer service!

Perfect locations. Modern good sized rooms with nice cook top/kitchenette. The roooms facing the courtyard are quite and lovely. The location is 10/10. The only downside is luggage/storage. They have only 6 lockers and they were always busy. I had to go store my bags at a café nearby. . Would have been so much easier at a normal hotel. Needs improvement.

In the heart of Berlin. Downstairs there are nice fast food shops, a mini market, clothes shops and a park within a 2-day walk. There is a tram stop right below and a train station 5 minutes away. Very neat and clean. We didn't face any problems except that we would like them to come in at least once every 3 days to clean the room. Still very easy check in and check out. I highly recommend.
