The room is nice and fairly clean.
However, it is very basic, no water bottle / no water kettle/ coffee machine / mini-bar…
The elevator was broken and we had a room in the 5th floor.

酒店的前台居然是一位和藹可親的老老奶奶，這麼大年紀居然還要工作，真的是令人佩服其年輕的心態和對生活熱愛的態度。關於門口停車的事情我們交流了一下，她説反正你停在門口罰款也是20euro，開去parking lot也要25，還不如堵一下藉著週日。結果真的免費停了一個晚上。最主要的原因是要退房很多行李不方便去開車回來再拿行李。酒店本身不大，但是房間很舒服乾淨衞生，有暖氣，很安靜。就是早餐是一個雞肋，19euro吃的還不如kfc。

巨差無比的酒店。
除了第一天的工作人員，其他都不行。
電視機壞了保修了，沒修。要盯。room service不換毛巾，面巾紙沒了三天，最後忍不住寫了紙條。
房間小，週五也沒啥。
入住的都是些各種國家的工人那種。
價格也不便宜。
最無法理解的和不能容忍的，居然打掃好之後門不關。

還不錯，就是洗澡水不是很好，不是冷就是熱，折騰了半天，不過酒店還是比較乾淨，前台的韓國小姐姐也不錯，又認真又友好

Rooms are small but comfortable. Elevator was out of service, issues in the room with door not closing properly and bathroom door getting stuck. Staff often does not speak English or German.
Amazing breakfast buffet, close to KuDamm.
